Teaching aids: PPT,cards,radio Teaching procedures: Step1. Rivew: Let Ss look at the picture and ask two questions: What do you come from? and Where do you live? Step2. Presentation: (1.)

T: Look at picture, and tell me “What is it?”The Ss look at the picture and answer “It’s CN Tower” then I’ll ask where is the CN Tower? And who is in Toronto? (2.)

Lead Ss to ask questions each other: Where does Edward come from? Where does Edward live? What’s his city famous for? And try to answer. (3.)

Open the book. Listen and number. What are their cities famous for?(work in groups) Then tell us the answer. (4.)

Read Part B, and circle the important points.

Let students look at Part B , they can choose one, ask and answer.
