【教学设计】

本课时的教学内容为restaurant, post office, bank, grocery, crossroads等表示场所和地理位置的词汇；以及across from, next to, between等表示方位的词汇。本课情景是Yaoyao的街道俯视图。听力材料所给情景是Yaoyao的阿姨访问她的家，Yaoyao作为东道主带领她阿姨参观街道。

一、教学导入

三、基础巩固

1．Who runs fast? 学生分为四个小组，每个小组派一个人参加游戏，教师将单词卡片贴在黑板上，学生手拿玩具小锤，在听到全班朗读某一个单词时，快速找到这张图片，敲击并重复该单词，快者为胜。胜的同学将会有一朵小红花的奖励。

2．做"Listen an find"的游戏。

以小组为单位，小组内的每个学生都被指定为一个本单元所学单词，然后教师读单词。如：教师读restaurant, 那么各组被指定为这个单词的学生就必须马上站起来。然后由各组的其他同学判断对错。对了加分，教师接着读下一个单词，游戏继续。最后，比一比哪个组得分最多，哪个组就获胜。

四、外延拓展

学习谚语。
