一、Teaching Aims教学目标：

1.知识目标：

（1）要求学生掌握下列单词: noodles、dumplings、 soup、rice （2）能理解并能口头运用句子：Would you like some … ? Yes, please. / No, thanks. 2. 能力目标：

（1）培养学生在真实的环境中英语口语的表达能力。

（2）促进学生积极参与语言交流活动。

3. 情感目标：

渗透中西方用餐礼节差异, 使学生了解更多的英语文化知识。懂得怎样接受或拒绝他人的邀请，做个有礼貌的好孩子。

学情分析：

三年级的小学生对于吃这个话题比较感兴趣，本课的几种食物学生生活中都常见,学习起来兴趣更会比较浓厚,对话练习融入到一定的情境中学习起来会比较容易。

三、Teaching aids教学准备： computers, radio, pictures, cards 四、Teaching Steps教学过程：

Step 1 Warm-up /Revision (1) Greeting: Teacher: Hello, boys and girls! How are you today？

Class: Fine thanks. A:Let‘s review .Watch the flash “Two cats”

B: Let’s chant. OK? Table food , table food，I’m hungry. I want to eat. Table food, table food, I’m thirsty. I want to drink.

Table food, table food, Let’s eat. Let’s drink.

C:let’s sing a song:《Eat and Drink》 【设计意图：充满童真的动画，朗朗上口的歌谣，易于学唱的歌曲学生都非常喜欢，用这样的形式来复习上节课中的新单词，简单易行，同时活跃课堂气氛。】

(2) Make a dialogue using the food pictures they have: Teacher: I’m hungry. I want to eat fish/chicken/meat. What about you?

Student: I’m hungry, too. I want to eat …

【设计意图：

上节课的句型用对话的形式进行复习，为本节课的点餐做准备。】

Step 2 Presentation Teacher: I have much food. They are delicious. Mmm …good! Do you want to eat ? Today，let’s have fun learning about eating and drinking. (1)Learn the words: noodles, dumplings, soup, rice .Teach the words. Pay attention to noodles and dumplings. 把食物图片给学生进行问学生回答。然后拿出本课食物单词猜读，正音，板示并朗读。

边学边把单词变成歌谣，最后大家一起来说。

Noodles noodles是面条，面条 noodles细又长！

Soup soup 就是汤，美味soup香又香！

Dumplings Dumplings是饺子，饺子Dumplings真好吃！

Rice Rice是米饭，米饭Rice香喷喷！

(2) Practice ●Game1: (What’s missing),look at the pictures carefully,say out what’s missing. ●Game2：Guess, what’s this? If you are right, the picture is for you. OK? (3) Talk about part1 .Present the dialogue by using computer and say: Today Jenny comes to Li Ming’s house for supper. What do they eat? Let’s look. After that,let the students act the dialogue.(three students to be a group) 可以用手中的卡片

（4）Part 2:Let’s chant Let’s chant“Are you hungry？”Explain that Yum！Yum！Yum！is an expression meaning very good or very tasty or I like it a lot.（小组交流，读歌词，做动作

，仿录音）

Are you hungry? Yes,I am. Dumplings and noodles, Yum! Yum! Yum!

Are you thirsty? Yes, I am. Tea and juice, Please! Please! Please! （5）Part3:Teacher: Do you want to be a host? How to treat your little guest? Look carefully. Present the dialogue of Part3. Explain“Would you like some……”Then let the students say after the tape or computer.Discussion the meaning of the sentences.Ask and answer. （6）Part4:Let’s do it! One student says：Would you like …？ The other student respond with Yes, please. or No, thanks. If the students says“Yes, please.”,put a check in the box beside that food .If the student says “No, thanks.”,put an “X”in the box.(小组两个人一问一答，完成调查表。打对勾或叉) Step3： Make a dialogue， Act it out.. 创设同学到家里做客场景

每组三个人到餐桌就餐，一个演客人，一个人演服务员，完成今天的对话。
