The emphasis of this period will be placed on developing students’ reading ability by reading extensively. While reading, get students learning to use some reading strategies such as skimming, scanning and so on. Before starting to read the passage, the teacher might talk with students about what they know about body language to lead in the topic. And then ask students to read the passage and do some comprehending exercises. At the end of the class, we will have a group work to let the students prepare for the future.

1. Show time: a performance to show differences in body language. 2. Show excitement. Step 2 Read

Skimming: make an outline of the text. 2.

Scanning: find out details: different body languages show different feelings. Step 3 Work in groups Let students have a discussion and make a performance using body languages to show the importance of proper body language. Step 4 Homework: thinking and writing When hunting a job or entering a university, we will have an interview. Is body language extremely important in an interview? If so or if not, give reasons.
