【教材分析】

本课选自2011人教版一年级起点小学英语二年级下册第四单元第一课时, 内容是数字以及时钟的认读。教材在一年级下册中已经出现了数字1-10的学习,本课时主要学习钟表上有关的数字学习以及整十的时间表达。【学情分析】

小学二年级的学生,有意注意的时间较短,所以在教学方法的选择上应主要采用游戏的形式,让学生在玩中体验,玩中创造。在活动中让学生理解教材中比较抽象的内容,为此用希沃白板设计了趣味搭配游戏,用PPT 设计了火眼金睛游戏。同时,二年级的学生好奇心强、活泼好动,善于模仿,具备表演的欲望。针对这一特点,设计了老狼老狼几点了的游戏,使他们在亲身体验中进行有效的学习,保持他们学习的欲望和兴趣,从而提高学习效果。

Step1 Warm-up

Greet the students.

Step 2 Lead-in

Enjoy a short Disney cartoon about time.

(设计意图:影片中出现了钟,时间问句以及整点钟的表达,与即将呈现的学习内容相吻合,用此动画可以引起学生对即将要学习内容的兴趣。) Step3 Presentation

1.Guess what the teacher bring.

2.Use a block clock to review the numbers from 1-10 and present eleven and twelve.

(设计意图:猜测的游戏能引起学生对学习内容的好奇心。颜色丰富的积木钟既能帮助学生复习已学数字1-10,又能呈现本课新词eleven和twelve。)

3.Present twenty, thirty, forty and fifty by pointing the minute hand to 4,6,8 and10。

4.Summarize the rule of –ty.

5.Present the expression of telling time and let Ss read clocks.

Step4 Practice

1.Ask the students to match the numbers with the words.

(设计意图:希沃白板设计的趣味搭配游戏,让学生动手操作,对二年级学生来说更有趣味性。)

2.Ask the students to read the numbers and words quickly.

(设计意图:火眼金睛的游戏,快速闪现的内容,紧张的气氛,能够牢牢吸引住容易分散注意力的学生。)

3. Enjoy the chant about clocks and then tell time on the clocks. After that, learn to chant together.

(设计意图:用歌谣的形式感知时钟上的时间,认读时钟。歌谣能使班级气氛热烈,学生参与度高,更有利于新知的学习和吸收。)

Step 5 Consolidation

1.Ask the students to read more clocks in real life.

(设计意图:贴近生活的闹钟认读让他们能把所学知识应用到实际生活中,帮助内化所学知识。)

2.Ask the Ss to play the game wolf! Wolf! what time is it?

(设计意图:老狼老狼几点了的游戏,既能满足二年级的学生的表演欲望,又能巩固所学知识。)

Step 6 Expansion

Show a picture story What’ s the time? Mr. wolf .

(设计意图:绘本的主题与上一活动中游戏的主题一致,既能保留学生对刚结束游戏的热情,又能拓展到课堂主题相关内容的阅读。)

Step7 Sum-up and Homework
