Lesson 6 A Famous Football Player 一、教学分析

1.分析学生：六年级的学生基础较好，词汇量大，拥有较强的自学能力，较好的语言基础，在故事课上能力较强的同学能够在老师创设的情境及活动下有效的去完成任务，老师把学生从课本带回现实生活，让孩子们在真实的语境能够理解、消化、运用。

StepⅠ

Pre-reading（two minutes）

1. Greeting

T: Hello, boys and girls. How are you today?

Ss:……

T: How is the weather today? Ss:……

T：Do you like to play football? Ss:Yes/No. T:I think some students like to play football and some students don’t like it.But today we will learn a famous football player. First listen to the story, and answer my question “Who is the famous football player?”

设计意图：通过课前的free talk跟学生互动起来，激发学生的学习兴趣和学习热情,让学生轻松地走进愉快的英语课堂氛围中。

StepⅡ

While-reading(fifteen minutes) 1.听完故事，学生找出问题答案，引出Pele,同时贴出图片。

T: Let’s see a video about Pele played football. (看视频)

T: Pele was a famous football player. But when he was young his family was very poor, I’ll give you 30 seconds read the first and second pictures by yourself and answer my question:

Did his parents buy a football for him? 2)

Why did the boy use boxes and bottles as his football?

Why did the coach give him a football as a gift?

Ss:(学生寻读，迅速找出答案,及时进行小组奖励。) 设计意图：通过视频直观引出本课的重要人物Pele，让学生积极参与到对文章的了解，带着问题在老师限定的时间内迅速找到答案，这样不仅训练了学生快速的阅读能力，还符合阅读由浅入深、易到难的原则，使学生全员参与，调动了大家的学习积极性，老师及时做出评价和奖励。

2. T：Don’t look at your paper, look at my pictures and let’s repeat picture 1 and picture 2 together.(看图复述故事并出示重点单词，板书。) 设计意图：通过看图复述，鼓励学生张口表达。

Step Ⅲ. Post-reading（fifteen minutes）

2.Group work

1)Repeat the pictures in your group.(team 1 repeat the first picture, team 2 repeat the second picture, team 3…..team4….).每组一张图片进行复述并展示，及时评价。

2)Choose one picture in your group and repeat it again.（每组选择自己喜欢的图片再次进行复述，并展示，及时给与奖励。）

3)板书逐渐去掉一些单词，让学生继续复述。

设计意图：复述故事的一种必不可缺的形式，本环节让学生进行小组合作探究，提高学生参与的积极性和主动性。

3. Summary(two minutes) What can you learn from Pele?(students can speak Chinese) Where there is a will, There is a way有志者，事竟成。

设计意图：通过名人的故事，让学生们自己来总结所学到的心得。

4. Group Work(five minutes) Do you know others famous people?(小组讨论) 设计意图：小组讨论名人，不仅培养了学生的合作意识和语言运用能力，也让学生有话可说，有事可做，学以致用，获得学习成功的乐趣。
