一、教学内容分析

本单元是选修九的第一单元，本单元以世界纪录为中心话题，主要内容涉及阿里西塔福尔曼为代表的几个世界吉尼斯纪录的保持者及运动经历，讨论了创造吉尼斯纪录所必备的身体素质心理素质以及挑战自我的决心和毅力。本课时内容主要是学生在学完第一课时的阅读后，突出了词汇和语法的学习与训练。其中本单元复习的语法项目是主语的类型。

二、教学目标

A. 知识与技能

本节课的教学活动主要采用小组合作的方式，激发学生的合作意识和团队精神。

Step 2. Word study First learn new expressions, then practice them by teamwork. Next, ask students to read and make up a sentences using what they have learnt in this period, and then translate each other’s sentences. (设计意图：强化学生对所学内容的掌握和记忆) 句型解构

解析：

这是一个复合句。”however” 引导了一个让步状语从句，”as long as” 引导了一个条件状语从句,表示“只要”。

即讲即练

我不介意去哪里，只要有阳光和大海.

无论他多么努力练习，却总是不能打破记录。

Answers:I don’t mind where we go, as long as there is the sun and the sea.

However hard he practiced, he find it difficult to break the record.

语法讲座

Walking is a good form of exercise for both the old and the young. What

is known to us all is that the 2020 Olympic Games will take place in Japan. To travel hopefully is a better thing to arrive.

According to the sentences above, let students observe the subject of each sentence, and then get a conclusion about what can be used as subject. 主语的定义

主语是一个句子所叙述的主体，表明这句话描述的是什么。主语一般位于句首，但在there be 结构，疑问句（当主语不是疑问词时）和倒装句中，主语位于谓语、助动词、情态动词后面。

表现形式

：

Some people claim that wild animals have no place in the 21st century. （名词做主语）

We are now living in an information-explosion era.

（代词做主语）

Whether sports stars should earn a high salary is still discussed heatedly.（名词性从句）

It is clear that education is important to us in this updating society.( it 形式主语,真正的主语由句子充当)

Answers:It is not easy to learn English well in

八、教学反思：

本课采用了“问题—探究式”，启发式等教学方法，为学生营造一种自由探究的气氛，通过问题鼓励学生积极思考。学生在教师创设的问题下，思考讨论问题，并以问题为中心积极主动的获取知识，充分发挥自己的主动性和创造性，调动学生的积极性。

教学评价上分析：教师通过即时评价，关注学生的情感，营造和谐的教学氛围。

由于学生英语基础差，口语水平有限，这堂课没有面向全体同学，叫学生回答问题，应到处开花，覆盖面应达到80%以上。由于课堂教学时间的限制，既要完成教学任务，又要体现学生的主体性，所以留给学生的时间久不很充裕，效果也不如预想的好。由于学生的基础、能力方面的欠缺，在讨论过程中效率低，甚至有的同学一言不发，有的同学名为讨论实则闲聊，

参与的积极程度不同，影响合作学习的效果。学生的练习还不够，课后还得继续练习才能得以巩固。

改进措施：

要注意学生的主体性，引导学生多说，多表达他们的观点想法，教师多设计一些环节让各个层次的学生都能参与到课堂活动中来，加强学生的自主探究能力和合作学习的能力。句子的训练要融入到日常中去，通过慢慢的渗透，润物无声的的让学生掌握句子结构，最后达到训练语篇写作的目的。教学中紧紧围绕教学重点，难点开展活动，搭构教学步骤的台阶，让学生从不懂到懂，从朦胧到清晰，带领全体学生而不是一部分学生共同进步。
