教学过程：

Step 1: Greetings Step 2: Lead in 1.

教学单词和词组: where, where is T: Do you have a pencil/ruler/...? Where is your pencil/ruler/...? （多次问答，让学生有足够听的机会。）

板书where is，带读。

2.

教学词组: where are T: Do you have any books? Where are they? Where are your books? （从单数延伸到复数）

板书where are，带读。

3.

同桌操练: Where is ... It’s ...

Where are ... They’re ...

（通过示范，指导学生用身边的物品进行操练）

出示本单元课题: Unit 5 Our new home T: Boys and girls. I have an English book here. Where is the book? （教师手里拿起一本书并提问，随即拿起多本书进行提问）

T: Where are the desks/chairs? （通过书本所在地，一个物品一个物品地接龙提问）

T: Where are you? Ss: We are in the classroom.

T: Where is our classroom? Ss: It’s in the school.

T: Look at Su Yang and Su Hai. Are they in the school? Ss: No. T: Where are they?

Ss: They are at home. T: Yes, and they are at their new home. Today we learn Unit 5 Our new home.

Step 3 Presentation

1.

Watch and answer. T: Su Hai and Su Yang have a new home. Look. they are worried. What’s missing?

出示各种物品，学生看完动画后进行选择。

2.

Listen and underline:

T: How do they look for things? （学生找出文中的三个问题）

S1: Where’s my bag?

S2: Where are my skirts? S3: Where’s my white cap, Su Hai?

指导学生跟读并朗读，读出焦虑的语气。
