Unit 5 Our new home (story time)
课时教学目标:
1.能听懂、会说、会读、会运用单词clock,fridge,sofa,table, bathroom,bedroom,
2.能听懂、会说、会读、会运用句型Where’s/ Where are ...? It’s /They’re...
3.能够理解Story time部分内容,能够模仿朗读。
4.能养成物品摆放整齐的习惯,并形成爱惜所处环境的意识。
教学重难点:
1.理解故事内容,能有感情的朗读故事。
2.能听懂、理解、会读并初步运用句型:
Wh ere’s/ Where are …?及其回答It’s/ They’re…
教学准备:PPT
教学过程:
Step 1: Greetings
Step 2: Lead in
1.教学单词和词组: where, where is
T: Do you have a pencil/ruler/...? Where is your pencil/ruler/...? (多次问答,让学生有足够听的机会。)
板书where is,带读。
2.教学词组: where are
T: Do you have any books? Where are they? Where are your books? (从单数延伸到复数)
板书where are,带读。
3.同桌操练:
Where is ... It’s ...
Where are ... They’re ...
(通过示范,指导学生用身边的物品进行操练)
4.出示本单元课题: Unit 5 Our new home
T: Boys and girls. I have an English book here. Where is the book? (教师手里拿起一本书并提问,随即拿起多本书进行提问)
T: Where are the desks/chairs? (通过书本所在地,一个物品一个物品地接龙提问)
T: Where are you?
Ss: We are in the classroom.
T: Where is our classroom?
Ss: It’s in the school.
T: Look at Su Yang and Su Hai. Are they in the school?
Ss: No.
T: Where are they?
Ss: They are at home.
T: Yes, and they are at their new home. Today we learn Unit 5 Our new home. 板书课题,带读。
Step 3 Presentation
1.Watch and answer.
T: Su Hai and Su Yang have a new home. Look. they are worried. What’s missing? 出示各种物品,学生看完动画后进行选择。
2.Listen and underline:
T: How do they look for things? (学生找出文中的三个问题)
S1: Where’s my bag?
S2: Where are my skirts?
S3: Where’s my white cap, Su Hai?
指导学生跟读并朗读,读出焦虑的语气。
3.Listen and underline :
T: Where are the things? (学生找出三个答案)
1)教学单词: bedroom
T: Do you have your own bedroom? How many bedrooms do you have in your home?
2)教学词组和单词: living room, sofa
T: I like big living room. What about you?
3)教学单词:kitchen
T: What can you do in a kitchen? Can you sleep/run in a kitchen?
(把新单词引入进对话,一般疑问句让学生有更多听的输入,特殊疑问句让学生训练表达。)
4.Consolidation:
Read quickly and ask and answer the three questions together.
(学生根据图片组织语言进行回答)
5.Read after the tape.
6.Read in roles
7.教学字母组合“oo”的发音。
T: We should put our things in the right place. (生活习惯教育)
Look! This is a fridge. Can I put the fridge in the living room/bedroom/kitchen? T: Where is your fridge in your home?
S: Our fridge is the ...
T: In my home, the fridge is in the dinning room.
(补充教学单词dinning room,并强调“oo”组合的发音。同时呈现本节课出现的含有“oo”组合的单词,让学生试着归类到正确的音标下。)

别人可以这样回答:

3.想要询问他人某些东西在哪里,可以这样问:
Where are … ?
别人可以这样回答:
They’re in/on/under/behind/beside …
Step 5 Homework
1.Listen to the tape of Story time, try to imitatethe pronunciation. Then act the dialogue with your friends.
听录音,试着去模仿语音语调跟读,然后和你的朋友一起表演。
2.Finish fun time
完成fun time。
