【教学内容】Part 4 《The monster》
【教学目标】
1.通过听录音,看图片,让学生理解故事的人物及故事情节。
2.通过听音,模仿人物语音语调,让学生体会故事中人物的情感变化。
3.通过听音连线的方式,让学生学会并正确运用:having a bath, playing table tennis, watching TV, washing the dishes. 4.通过表演故事,激发学生兴趣及表演欲望,让学生进一步体会故事。
5.通过想象故事结尾,让学生懂得“与友善同行,远离欺凌”。
【教学重、难点】
通过听音连线的方式,让学生学会并正确运用:having a bath, playing table tennis, watching TV, washing the dishes. 【教学准备】
画有不同动物活动信息的图片、表示图片信息的短语卡片、教材相配套的录音带,课件
【教学过程】
一.Warming up 1.
Greetings T:Good morning , boys and girls !look at the house, is it beautiful ? Ss: yes T:now ,please listen.
M H: Look, our house is so beautiful! R: yes ,I love our house R: Oh! Our house. T:guess,What happened in the house ? Ss: 学生猜测
T: Let’s go into the story. Ok?
Ss: Ok!
二.Presentation and practice Task1: Listen and answer 听故事,回答问题,理清故事大意
T:Now,children,listen to the story then answer the questions. T: How many animals are there in the story? Who are they? Ss: seven lion, hippo, fox, snake, rabbit,mouse, hamster (教师用图片呈现)
Task 2:Listen and understand the story 听音理解故事
Step1:Listen and answer(1--3)
T:Q2:Whose(谁的) house is it ? Ss: rabbit,mouse, hamster (教师讲解图1) T: look at mouse and hamster , guess what are they going to do? Ss: They are going to have a nice holiday T: look !this is a beautiful house, there are 4 rooms PPT呈现bathroom, living room , bedroom , kitchen
T:Q3:Who breaks into (闯入) the house? Ss: lion, hippo, fox, snake (教师用动画展示闯入) 图2,3 T:教师用课件展示a week later , the mouse and the hamster come home Show picture 4 and mime Home, sweet home (让学生模仿)
Step2: Listen and match (6--9) Listen and match In the bathroom a lion are playing table tennis
In the bedroom a fox and a snake is having a bath
In the livingroom a hippo is washing the dishes
In the kitchen a rabbit is watching TV 2.discuss in the group 3.check in the class T:How are they feeling?
Ss: The lion, hippo, fox, snake are happy,but the rabbit is sad T:let’s help the sad rabbit ,what will you do ? Ss: 学生自由发挥
Step3:Listen and guess(10--14)
T:Do you know ,what can hamster and mouse do? 图10 11
T: 直接播放敲门声Who’s knocking?
教师点击视频表演oh ,the big crocodile!(学生可能说出monster)
T:Then the animals run away 图13 T: oh ,hehehe, it’s a saw. 81页真图
三Test and production Task3: Act out the story. 1.
Listen , repeat and mime the story 2.
Act out in groups.图1---4 图5---9 图10---14 结束: OK children, look, which group is the winner? OK,a picture for you ,look ,the animals hold a party ,they play together .they are so happy. this is the end of my heart ,do you like the ending ? Now chindren ,stand face to face, hand in hand ,give a smile to each other 情感渗透:I hope we can “Walk with kindness, and stay away from bullying”
(与友善同行,远离欺凌) Home work: Draw a mind map ,then retell the story like this
