Teaching aims ; Knowledge aim : Enable the students to remember the key points in the passage. Ability aim: Enable the students to know how to use the key points correctly and freely. Emotional aim : Let the students enjoy the pleasure of using what they have learnt flexibly. Teaching focus: Get the students to understand the language points. Teaching difficult point: How to guide the students to put what they have learned into practice. Teaching method: Discussion Exploring study and Practice Teaching tools: computer whiteboard and textbook Teaching procedures: Step 1 Leading in Ask the students to review the first reading passage by asking some questions and tell them there are still a lot of key points in the second passage. Then use some pictures to lead in the new lesson naturally. Step 2 Learning aims Explain the learning aims from three aspects briefly and let the students know what they will master in this period. Step 3 Feedback

After looking through the students’ learning guide papers ,I found some students did it well and there still existed some problems. I will praise some excellent students , progressing students and excellent groups. At the same time , I will present the problems on the screen for the students to pay attention to. Step 4 Self-study This part the students need to find the key phrases in the passage and it’s not very difficult. So I ask the students to check the answers by themselves .If they have any questions , they can ask the teacher. Step 5 Discussion and communication This period I will ask the students to stand up and give them five to six minutes to discuss part 2. The students will discuss the problems first in pairs and then in groups. Step 6 Presentation After discussion , I will ask some students to write the answer to the question on the backboard. The other students can compare their own answers with the answers written on the blackboard and get ready for the comments. Step 7 Comment This step I will ask some students to make some comments on the answers . If the

other students have some difficulties , they can ask the speaker. If the students can’t solve the problems, I will help them.

Step 8 Summary I will sum up the main content in this class and use the screen to present the key sentence structures for the students. Step 9 Practice In order to check whether the students have mastered the key points, I will give them a quiz. Step 10 Homework 1.

教学反思：

本节课上完之后，我对本节课进行了反思。我认为这节课的亮点是全体同学都能积极参与课堂活动，把课堂真正还给了学生，无论从点评到质疑，学生思路都非常清晰，作为老师，我也能做到及时介入，及时对学生的课堂表现做出评价。这节课有一点不足之处，就是时间安排上稍微有点前松后紧，使得个别点评学生没有把自己应有的水平发挥出来。以后，通过不断实践，我会使自己的课堂更加完美。
