五年级的学生经历了四年多的学习，已经初步养成了一定的、良好的学习习惯，绝大多数学生掌握了一定数量的词汇与一些重要的、常见的语法与时态，初步具备了一定的听、说、读、写技能。五（10）班的孩子活泼、热情，有强烈的求知欲，他们乐于表达，愿意进行语言上的交流，也愿意与同伴分享学习的快乐！

本课时为此单元的第三课时，通过前两个课时的学习，学生们已经学会用句型How do I get to ….,please?去问路，也学会用Walk along … Turn left/right. 回答到达目的地的表达方法。通过学习，学生们还具备了一定的观察地图的能力，能够看着地图，找出合理的交通路径。

教学设计说明

模块教学任务分析: 本模块通过学生熟悉的生活化主题“场所和活动”，

引导学生用英语介绍活谈论有关不同场所和活动的情况。

三个单元的话题分别是Around the city, Buying new clothes, Seeing the doctor 单元教学任务分析: 第一单元Around the city以Kitty询问如何如动物园引出本单元关于纹路的学习。本单元不仅希望学生能够掌握相关场所的单词，同时也希望通过不同栏目的学习能够描述如何去某地，如Walk along Green Road. Turn left at the first crossing. Then cross Park Street. You can see an underground station. The zoo is next to the underground station.教材还通过Ask and answer, Say and act 两个栏目帮助学生学习并运用句型How do I get to …,please? Walk along…本单元出现的阅读内容A visit to Ocean World,让学生在学习过程中体会正确表达和回答问路的重要性，也可以让学生结合自己的出游体会大自然的美好。在语音部分，通过学习音标/s/, /z/, /ts/, /ds/,让学生学会音标的读音，并能辨析单词中这四个辅音音素的发音。

Look and learn:学会单词hotel, bank, hospital, bakery, museum, cinema，引导学生描述不同的场所。

Look and say:主要句型How do I get to…, please？Walk along…，通过Kitty向路人询问去动物园的过程学习新句型，培养学生在日常生活中的语言沟通能力。

辅助学习板块

Ask and answer:是对Look and say和Look and learn栏目的综合运用，运用新知识进行问答训练，同时也复习了Excuse me.的用法。训练学生运用合理的逻辑和语言，整合已学的知识。

Say and act: 核心句型的训练，通过Peter等人观课动物园地图并确定行程的过称，进一步学习

Walk alone…等句型，在情境中进行语言的运用和操练。

Look and read: 本栏目是语篇教学，通过the Wangs 去海洋公园的故事，在情境中进行语言的运用和操练。在巩固知识的同时，进行了词汇拓展，如look for。

Listen and enjoy: 儿歌欣赏栏目。所涉及的内容与本单元内容有关，在富有韵律和节奏感的语篇中，继续巩固主要句型，激发学生对英语学习的热爱。

Learn the sounds: 学习音标/s/, /z/, /ts/, /ds/，并辨析单词中这四个音素的发音。

2．知识要点介绍：

（1）学习和掌握词汇：hotel, bank, hospital, bakery, museum, cinema等，做到音、形、义的统一；能熟悉各个场所的陈设、功能以及位置。

（2）学习并掌握表示问路的表达方法，能用Excuse me. How do I get to …, please? 进行合理询问。

（3）能熟练运用祈使句来回答到达目的地的表达方法，如：Walk along Green Road.等。

（4）能熟练运用can 句型合理表示所见的交通路径，如：You can see an underground station. （5）学习并掌握辅音字母s, c, z以及辅音字母组合-ts, -ds的发音，做到发音准确、到位。
