学生情况分析

五年级大部分的学生活泼好动，喜欢交谈，乐于分享，有一定的英语学习能力，对英语学习都很有兴趣。但是，由于学生学习习惯不同，学生之间也存在着一定的学习差距。其中有一小部分学生相对英语基础薄弱，参与英语学习活动的积极性不高。

在本课学习之前曾经接触过I have a cold. hospital, doctor, dentist等和医院，疾病有关的词汇和句型。也在儿歌中接触过I think she should be…这样的句型。学生对于新的句型和词汇不是一无所知的。

单元教学任务分析

5A M3的模块主题是Places and activities，围绕Around the city, Buying new clothes, Seeing the doctor三个话题展开。涉及城市生活，学生掌握询问他人前往某处的方式方法，能用适当的方位词与参照物为他人指路；涉及购物，学生能根据自己的喜好在商店中购买服装，合理询问价格、挑选喜欢的物品及陈述简单的理由；涉及看病，能初步了解一个人生病就医的过程，学会正确表达病情，以及与身体健康相关的生活常识和注意事项等。其中，有些城市地名、在某个地方的活动、物品价格的询问等内容在一至三年级相对应的模块中略有提及，学生已经有所接触与了解。

本模块中，涉及到了一些居家周围的常见场所、服装的部件以及常见的疾病名称；句型和时态包括一般现在时态、祈使句、can句型和should引导的情态动词句型等，重点关注How, Which, Why和What引导的特殊疑问句以及回答。

总之，通过本模块的学习，要求学生能用英语合理描述身边的生活环境、场所；能在常见的生活情境中用英语进行交流，寻求问路，合理购物，尝试求医等。

单元教学目标

能熟练掌握一些常见的疾病名词，如fever, toothache, cough, cold等，能用What should I do?的句型来征询建议，并能用You should… You shouldn’t…为他人提供恰当的建议。

通过Seeing a doctor的情景还原，了解就医过程、准确描述自己的身体状况、模拟医生作出准确诊断、给出恰当的建议，在潜移默化中了解到好的生活习
