课题：Unit 5 Free Time Lesson 2

教学目标：1.能在语境中运用本课的核心词汇：never ,once a week, twice a week,three times a week 2初步掌握本课句型,能够初步在情境中进行口头运用，并能根据问句写出答句。

What do you do in your free time? I often …. How often do you …? I …. 3.学生通过用英语沟通，体会使用英语与人交流的乐趣。

教学难点 新句型: How often do you …? I ….

新词汇

twice a week,three times a week 教具准备：

1、本课生词的单词卡片。

2、配套的教学课件 unit5

3、相配套的教学录音带和歌曲录音。

4、头饰。

5、小礼物。

教学过程：

热身／复习（warm-up/revision）

1、Sing a song. 2. 教师出示单词卡，复习五单元第一课所学单词。

3、做连锁问答游戏What do you do in your free time?

教师把单词图片摆放在讲台桌上，让一个学生到讲台桌前看图发布相关的指令，另一个学生根据他的命令来做动作。看看哪组的学生表现更优秀。

设计意图：通过复习短语，引导学生学习新课内容，同时使学生进入学习英语的良好状态。

Step1 Look and read 1.

Ask the students to look at the screen and then show the students some cards 1．

Learn the words and phrases : never 、once a week,、twice a week、three times a week 2．

游戏：猜单词

4.Learn the new sentences:How often do you go skating? I go skating twice a week. 5.

师生，生生间做自由问答How often do you go skating? 6.播放课件，学生观看。师生就内容讨论

Who are they? Where are they? Listen to the tape and then ask the students to read the dialogue.

7.Ask the students to role-play the dialogue. Step 2 .B:Do a survey: 填表格继续巩固句型 How often do you play the violin?及其回答。

Step 3 Let’s write How often do you play the violin?
