1、本班多数学生思维活跃，对英语感兴趣，能积极参加各种教学活动：如讨论、报告等，有一定的语言综合运用能力；

2、本班作为普通班，设计合作学习的任务时应考虑学习能力较强和较弱两个极端的同学，让他们都能参与并有所锻炼。

1、Unit 1介绍了中国和世界上一些著名的文物，如the Amber Room，其中很多词汇都与介绍文物相关。

2、课文和语言点都已讲授完，可从词汇中提炼出描述文物起源和历史（birth & fate）的词汇指导学生进行介绍文物。

学生能进一步掌握与描述文物相关的10个重点词汇；并能通过在句子、篇章中使用这10个重点词汇学会如何介绍文物；

学生能初步形成从词到句到篇章的复习词汇、运用词汇的技能。
