Step 1.Preparation 1. Listen a song . 设计意图：互相问候，轻松开始本课的学习。

歌曲导入使学生很快地将身心融入到课堂的英语气氛中，活跃了课堂气氛，激发学习兴趣。而且歌曲内容与新授知识相关，为新授做铺垫. 2. Four lovely dog. One dog stands for a question. 设计意图:为了激活与本课相关的知识经验，例如频度副词、星期、动词短语及个人的相关信息。

Step 2.Presentation and practice 1.

Learn healthy and strong.

a. Introduce myself, then ask the students to introduce themselves.

My name is ____.I’m _____ meters tall. I’m _____kg. I’m healthy and strong. 设计意图：调动学生兴趣，让学生去感知，去体验英语。逐步引入句子，激发原有相关知识，开阔学生思路。

When did you have breakfast last week? ) and fill in the chart, tell them how to answer “How often did you have breakfast last week ?”
