本单元的话题(Offering Help)。本单元所出现的动词词组,与之密切结合的是询问和提供帮组的句型:What can I do?I can help...在教学中可以创建多种情境,评选家务小能手,画图猜句等,让学生用本单元的句型谈论自己如何帮助他人,充满爱心。

教师呈现B部分图片,要求学生根据图片用“I can…”说说能为老人们提供什么样的帮助。教师板书句型“what can I do?”
