Teaching Aims: 1. Get the students to learn about the useful words and expressions in the reading text. 2. Get the students to learn about the useful grammar structures. Teaching Important Points: 1. Practising Ask the students finish the exercises individually to learn about the useful words & expressions with the aid of the reading text, dictionaries and reference books. 2. Discussion Discuss in groups to check the answers. 3. Explanation Check the answers together and give some explanations if necessary. III. Useful structures 1. Lead the students to learn about the definition of the Attributive Clause. 2. Ask the students to finish the exercises to learn about the basic usage of the Attributive Clause. 3. Discuss in groups and check the answers in class. 4. Get the students to combine two sentences into one sentence using the Attributive Clause. 5. Combine the sentences using the Attributive Clause to polish writing. IV. Homework Finish the exercises on Page 3&4. Unit1 Cultural relics
