教学理念以及反思

My ideas and self-examination for teaching

依照《新课程标准》的理念，从运用的角度出发

，以帮助学生形成有效的学习策略为目的，设计教学环节，这是教学的成功所在。

本节课《写作指导: 如何描写人物》，能依据新课程的理念，依据教材，结合学生实际，合理地进行教学设计，创造性的整合教材，重点突出，难点个个突破。人物描写是高考作文中的一类，这节课充分联系高考，讲练结合，既注重相关词汇、短语句型和相关的写作模版的运用，又不失灵活性，能让学生通过模仿、改写来写出属于自己的语言文字。在教学过程中，师生活动活跃，积极交流。

但由于前两个部分设置的内容较多，课堂时间比较紧迫，多少有些匆忙之感，因此在教学过程中，要学会安排好教学内容的量和把握好课堂教学的进度。
