This topic is interesting and the content is easy, but we should pay attention to the different genres of the texts and the reading skills of the passage. This class have several merits, such as ①

bringing in the video of Australian beautiful scenery arises students’ learning interests.②

Demonstrating and applying of reading skills by using of the slides. ③

Using visual aids, such as the multimedia and electronic whiteboard . ④The designed tasks are hierarchical and innovative and skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing are fully covered. A perfect teaching design will inevitably have omissions and mistakes. My omissions are for example, haven’t fully work out the teaching focus and difficulties, for the discussion part students’ sharing enthusiasm is not high enough, sharing content is not rich enough.
