1. 用and 连接两个名词

2. 成双成套的名词

3. 并列短语连接两个名词

4. 不定代词引导的主语

5. more than one 和many a修饰的主语

集体名词作主语

学科名称, 国家名称作主语时,谓语动词用单数形式；主语为表示长度、重量、时间、或价值的复数名词时，应看作是整体, 谓语动词也用单数形式．

1.一些连词连接两个主语时，谓语应与最靠近的主语保持一致

2. 在there be 或here be句型中，当be后面的名词不止一个时,谓语动词应该和最靠近be动词的那个名词或代词保持一致．
