Teaching Procedures:

Step 1: warming-up

1) Revise the module 3’s words and dialogue.

2) Say the poem.

Step 2: Revise the newwords. (carry, supermarket, party, hold, fall, later, away, stairs,heavy)

Ways: A student teach throughthe cards. The teacher teaches.

Pair works.

Step 3:Revise the new sentences. 1)Tell the students that you are going to make some sounds and they have to guess what you are doing. This may sound easy but point out that they will have their eyes closed.

2) Get the students to close their eyes and then youshould whistle. Ask “What am I doing?” the students should say,”you’re whistling.” Now clap your hands. Ask the students thequestion and get them to respond.

3) Here is a list of actions that you could do for this activity. Step Four:Revise the new dialogue. 1) Have the students tell you all the things they can see in the pictures. Then write their ideas on the board. 2) Now tell the students to close their student’s books. Say that they are going to listen to the tape and see if any of the words on the board are mentioned. 3) Get the students to copy the list into their exercise books, they can put a tick next to the words they hear. 4) After playing the tape twice, have the students tell your words they heard. 5) Now have the students open their books and read through the dialogue. 6) Listen and repeat again and pay attention to intonation and tone. 7) Read the dialogue. Five:Practice in part 3. 1)Write these pairs of words on the board. 2)Put the students in pairs and have them take turns to ask and answer the questions. Step Six:Homework. 1) Copy the dialogue 1times. 2) Read the dialogue. 3) Recite the words and dialogue. Writings:
