Ping-pong and basketball 一．学情分析： 六年级的学生对轻松活跃的英语课堂学习保持着浓厚的兴趣，喜新好奇、善于模仿、喜欢表现自己是学生的特点，经过三年的英语学习，他们已具备初步的英语听、说、读技能，具有一定的学习方法，形成了良好的学习习惯。

二．教材分析：

本课选自于冀教版小学英语三年级起始版六年级下册教材第一单元，本单元主要谈论sports。本课是第一课时，主要是Li Ming和Jenny围绕运动展开的对话。

三．教学目标：1.

学生能够听、说、读并会写本课单词sport, football, any, some, wear。

②

学生能够在情境中模仿和运用谈论运动的交际用语：What sports do you play? What is your favourite sport?

③

学生能够运用本课所学的知识介绍自己喜欢的运动。

2. 能力目标：

①学生能够掌握本课中出现的football, basketball及ping-pong等运动项目。

②

学生进行问答对话和完成真实任务的交际性活动，提高语言运用能力。

3. 情感目标：

学生在多种教学资源中感知学习内容,接受语言信息，体验感受运动的快乐，激发生活情趣。培养热爱运动，积极参与运动的兴趣。

Step 1:导入

（3分钟）

Greeting T: Good morning, boys and girls. S:Good morning,teacher. T:How are you? S:Fine,thank you. （设计意图：熟练掌握问候语，活跃课堂气氛，创造英语学习氛围。）

Step 2: 新授（30分钟）

T:Think about what sports do you know? S:Swim,run,walk,football,basketball...... T:All of these sports,which sports does our school like? Last year,we had a football game,right? S: Yes. T:So,today,we will learn some famous sports.First,let’s see some pictures. 1.

图片导入

多媒体播放运动员照片，引出球类运动。

T: Loot at the first picture,who is he? S:Zhang Jike. T: Who can introduce him? S: 他是一个著名的乒乓球运动员。

T: Loot at the second picture,who is he?

S:Yao Ming. T: Who can introduce him? S: 他是一个著名的篮球运动员

T: Loot at the third picture,who is he? S:Mei Xi. T: Who can introduce him? S: 他是一个著名的足球运动员。

T:刚才的对话都提到了运动这个单词，我们来学习一下运动这个单词。（板书sport）领读。

根据球类图片学习新单词。

T:Now,let’s learn some balls.Look at the first picture,what is this? S:Basket. T:Basket and ball is basketball. S:Basketball. T:Look at the second picture,what is this? S:foot. T:We use feet to play... S:Football. T:Look at the third picture,what is this? S:Table.

T:We play ping-pong on the table.Why we called it ping-pong? S:击打乒乓球发出的声音是乒乒乓乓的声音. 教师领读讲解，学生跟读。

新句型

T:We have learned some words,now let me see what sports do you like best? S: My favourite sport is ...... T:What sports do you play? S:I play ...... 句型讲解，学生对话练习。

（设计意图：加强对话练习，熟练句型）

T:Now,we have learned these words,but can you play basketball? S:Yes,we can. T:You are so good,but I can’t play basketball,can you teach me? S:Sure. 反复提问几个学生，加强teach 和learn的读音重读，强调两个单词

Sure. 讲解teach用法并练习对话。
