一、
单元教学目标
【语言知识与技能】
1、能较熟练地在语境中运用一般现在时I often/usually/always…在语篇中表达自己的想法。
2、能运用句型I visit them once/twice a week.等,来熟练表达自己拜访爷爷奶奶的频率。
3、能运用How often…?
和What do you do with …?来询问、了解与长辈之间的互动和联系。
4、可以在语境中感知动词短语write an e-mail, go shopping, play chess在语境中的含义并能熟练使用。
5、了解中国传统节日----重阳节的风俗习惯、饮食特点和活动方式;能结合所学,对重阳节进行问答训练和简单描述;在此过程中,使学生懂得尊重长辈,并学会用实际行动来关爱老人。
6、学习英语短剧《小红帽》,通过角色扮演来激发英语学习兴趣,巩固所学新知,了解西方的文化习俗----从小尊敬长辈。
【语言情感】
通过本单元的学习了解中国传统节日----重阳节的风俗习惯、饮食特点和活动方式;能结合所学,对重阳节进行问答训练和简单描述;在此过程中,使学生懂得尊重长辈,并学会用实际行动来关爱老人。
【语用任务】
在重阳节的语境中,用所学的核心语句和词汇表达自己的能力、询问他人的能力,及对他人的询问作出回答,做到语音语调正确,交流顺畅。能了解中国传统节日----重阳节的风俗习惯、饮食特点和活动方式;能结合所学,对重阳节进行问答训练和简单描述.
【学习策略】
1. 通过文本整体感知、问题驱动、小组学习、提取信息、角色扮演
、游戏体验等多种方式推进学习。
2.通过视频创设生动的语境,学生在活动体验中感受重阳节的文化特征。
二、学情分析
学生在4B已经接触过中国的节日如the Spring Festival, the Dragon Boat Festival, the Double Ninth Festival, the Mid- autumn Festival,已经能够从日期、活动、食物、感受等几方面描述中国传统节日,为本单元的学习打下了一定的基础。
