1.课前复习

复习Lesson 1中的restaurant, post office, bank, grocery, crossroads等表示场所和地理位置的词汇；以及across from, next to, between 等表示方位的词汇。以听写单词的方式考察学生对Lesson 1 的知识的掌握程度。

2.新课导入

放一段视频（关于问路的），让学生对本次课程有一个整体和直观的认识。

3.新课学习

（1）．短语教学

带读书本上这一部分的内容，解释其含义，让学生根据小卡片上的单词和小卡片的位置自己造句子组成对话。

把自己造的句子写下来，组成一个完整的情景对话，两个人为一个小组分角色表演。

Step 3: Have the students match the phrases and pictures in PPT. Step 4: Have the students match the phrases and pictures in Activity6 and check their answer with their partner. 2. Dialogue study: Step 1: Practice the dialogue with the whole class and have them make corresponding reacts. Step 2: Have students to practise the previous dialogue with their partner. 3.play a game.

Invite Ss to practise the dialogues:

1) S1:How can Xiaoming get to the restaurant? S2: Go straight and turn left at the first crossroads. It’s between the park and the post office.
