Step1 Warming up （热身导入）

1.

Greetings：师生互相问候，拉近距离，活跃气氛。

T: Hello,boys and girls!

Ss:Hello, Miss Wang.

T: How are you today? Are you happy?

S: OK, I’m happy,too.Now let’s sing a song together. 2.

欣赏歌曲《My small cat》

3.

Play a game: catch the football.

T: Boys and girls,do you like playing football?

S:Yes!

T: OK, let’s play a game”catch a football”, goal! goal! goal! 复习一单元重点句子和单词。

Step2 Presentation（学习新知）

1.

教师课件呈现goalkeeper的图片，并教学发音。

T: Boys and girls, have you ever been a goalkeeper? Do you know goalkeeper? Ss... 2.

Today Zoom and Zip, our old friends will have a football match. They want a goalkeeper. Many animals will come, let’s go and have a look! Please pay attention” Who are they? And Who can be the goalkeeper at last.”

课件及板书呈现：Mr Deer, Mr zebra, Mr Giraffe, Mr Dog, Mr Hippo. 1.

整体感知，掌握大意，激发兴趣。

看flash，听整个故事，并且问Who are they? Who can be the goalkeeper? 找学生回答。

2.

逐图理解，解析课文，讲练结合。

（1）再听故事，逐图学习，完成单词和问题的回答。帮助学生对课文内容进行梳理。

How tall is Mr Deer？

S: He is 1.8 metres. How heavy is Mr Deer？

S: He is 86 kilograms. How tall is Mr Zebra?

S: Mr Zebra is 10centimetres taller than Mr Deer. So he is 1.9 metres. （教师教学单词centimetre的意思与发音，并呈现在板书上）

Who is the tallest one?

S: Mr Giraffe.

Why didn’t they choose Mr Zebra? S: Because he is stronger, but he can’t catch the ball.

Who is an excellent goalkeeper?

Step3 Production 1.

跟录音朗读课文，帮助学生养成良好的语音语调。

T: Now let’s listen and imitate. Ss: OK. 2.

小组分角色表演故事。

T: Boys and girls, you will have three minutes to prepare, after three minutes, you will act. ... T: Who want to be the first group? ... T: Wow, you did a great job! 3.

根据课文，完成填空。

T: Now let’s read the story and fill the blanks. 4.

Retell the story. 以写的方式，复述故事。

T: Boy ans girls, now let’s take out this paper. You can finish it with your partners

完成后，全班一起复数故事内容。
