一、教学目标

1、会说单词umbrella, shoes, socks，并能进行简单描述。

2、会使用句型How much is it/are they?及其应It’s/They’re…yuan. 3、正确理解和流利朗读Story time。

4、会用所学语言进行爱心义卖表演。

5、通过活动懂得同情弱者，帮助他人。

二、教学重点

1、知道How much?的意思和用途。

2、正确理解和流利朗读Story time。

三、教学难点

1、umbrella的读音。

2、能初步分辨How much is it?和How much are they?的用法区别。

四、教学准备

ppt课件，句型卡片，人物和单词图片，实物等。

五、教学过程

Before class 1. Enjoy a song: 【设计意图：通过有趣的歌曲渗透主题How much，让学生对How much的含义有所感知。】

Brain time What fruit/food/ actitives do you know? 【设计意图：通过这一活动，使学生集中注意力，并为free talk 做铺垫。

T: What can we do at weekends?(在周末，我们能干什么？)

S: We can skate/swim/ride a bike/fly the kite…

T: We can do something interesting. We can hold a charity sale.(我们可以举办义卖活动)

2. Show the pictures of the charity sale. （1）T: Look, they are the students of Luoshe Primary School. They held a charity sale in the park one day. What did they sell?

toys, books…

T: At last ,they contribute all the money to the charity.

They are very good.And….(引导学生夸一夸) Teach：

well done （2）T：Why did they hold a charity sale and contribute the money? (他们为什么举办义卖活动还捐款？) S：帮助他人。

T: Because many people need our help. （3）T：So what is the charity sale?(点明含义。) 【设计意图：通过周末活动的提问，教师试图引导学生在假期能有更多有意义的活动。而通过欣赏身边洛小学生的义卖活动，更能激发起学生们的兴趣。通过图文并茂及老师的解释，深层的挖掘了义卖的含义及意义，我们通过义卖帮助他人。】

【设计意图：文本阅读的过程中，由易到难的四个任务（Watch and circle，Listen and match，Read and find，Think and say）对文本进行解读。任务逐步深入，也符合学生的认知规律。这一环节，通过通过观看课文动画，使学生对课文内容有整体感知。单词教学后，通过说一说，再次巩固单词，真正做到“词不离句”。】

解读

It’s only nineteen yuan. T: Why did she say only 19 yuan? 呈现图片对比，伞的价格多数大于20元。

T: This umbrella is very cheap.

c. T: How much are they?

Teach: twenty, twenty-eight,

Ss count from twenty to twenty-nine. 【设计意图：对于新的句型，问句和答句分开学习，降低学习的难度。通过价格的对比，让学生真正了解文中“It’s only nineteen yuan.”而不仅仅是读一下。】

Read and find 划出询问价格的句子。

发现规律：单数物品用is,复数物品用are b. Fill and read. c.

Say a chant 【设计意图：通过观察，学生理解be的用法。通过填空和朗读，学生初步会运用is\are.】

【设计意图：问题促进学生思考，而不是人云亦云，也促使学生从不同角度，多维度地进行评价，如礼貌，售卖的能力。从而由衷地感叹Well done.】

3. Have a class charity sale. 【设计意图：通过让学生开展义卖活动，再次巩固、运用所学知识，同时也是对教材文本的拓展和延伸。通过归纳小结，帮助学生再次回顾、理清本节课所学重点内容，同时伸。】
