一、知识目标：

1、词汇:goalkeeper,catch the ball, neck, reach, teamwork,excellent等。

2、句型Football needs teamwork. He’s almost bigger than the goal. 3、读懂并理解故事内容，能分角色朗读。

二、能力目标：

1、培养学生养成良好的“听”的习惯。

2 培养学生自主学习、合作学习的能力。

3、培养学生运用英语的交际、交流能力。

三、情感目标：

培养学生积极的生活态度。

【教学过程】：

一、Warm -up 1、Greeting 2、T: Boys and girls ,do you like football? Do you want to watch a football match? Ss:Yes. T: Please finish three tasks ,then you can watch. Task 1: Let’s chant 播放chant 。Ss chant together. Task 2: Let’s say. 出示形容词，学生一一说出它们的比较级形式。再一起读一读。

Task 3:Let’s compare. 学生三人合作，用I am_____.

I am ______(比较级). I am _______(最高级).比一比，

说一说。

二、Presentation 播放足球比赛片段视频，学生观看后，猜一猜，在球场上总是设法将球挡在门外的是谁？

Ss:门将。

T：

Yes. It’s the goalkeeper.What does a good goalkeeper look like? S: I think he should be tall and strong. T:Zoom and Zip’s football club wants a new goalkeeper? Who want to have a try? 学生听故事录音，边听边思考。

S：Mr Zebra,Deer,Dog and Giraffe. T：Can they be the goalkeeps? Why? Who will be the goalkeeper at last? 学生带着问题自己读故事，教师出示做题提示：可以边读边用笔画出关键词句。

学生一一回答这两个问题。Mr Zebra can’t catch the ball.在回答的过程中，教师相机解决生词，catch the ball （指名一个学生，T:Catch the ball please.示意学生接住球）.Mr Giraffe has a long neck.The others can’t reach him.Football needs teamwork.用肢体语言讲解neck 和reach.Mr Deer is shorter than Mr Zebra. Mr Dog is so small. At last Mr Hippo will be the goalkeeper.借助图片，让学生实际感知：He is almost bigger than the goal. 出示故事中的图片，学生根据故事的内容，给六幅图重新排序。

播放故事录音，学生跟读故事。

学生分组，在小组内分角色朗读故事。

小组展示。

三、Extension T:There’s only one goalkeeper,then what can the other animals do ? 学生在组内讨论：其他的动物们可以做些什么事呢？

引导学生认识到每个人都有自己的长处。

四、

Homework 和朋友一起完成表格上的内容。
