教学目标

学情分析
小学六年级学生已经具备较强的听、说、读、写的能力。在学习的过程中有很强烈的学习欲望和兴趣,而且本课的主题是与交友相关的,学生们更乐于参加到教学活动中来。因此可在教学中充分利用他们平时的交友经验, 并采用灵活多样的教学方法引导他们逐步完成教学任务,从而掌握重难点知识。
重点难点
1. 掌握本课四会单词。
2. 熟练运用句型“What are ...s hobbies? He/She likes.... ”谈论他人的兴趣爱好与日常活动。
3. 可以创编与交友主题(笔友、朋友聚会、微信摇一摇、QQ群)相关的对话。
教学过程
Ⅰ.Warm-up:
Activity 1: Greeting.
Activity 2: Say a chant.
Activity 3: Free talk.
T: What can you do? Ⅱ.Presentation:
Activity 1:
Topic.
T: You can do many things. What can your friends do? Today let’s talk about “Friends”. (Blackboard-writing) Activity 2:
Assessment.
T: Look, this is the earth. All of you try to answer my questions, and get the stickers. Group A, you can make friends on the North Hemisphere. Group B, you can make friends on the South Hemisphere. Lets PK, OK?(Blackboard-writing) Activity 3:
Main scene.
T: Boys and girls, we have two old friends. Who are they? Now I have three questions. Q1: What are they talking about? (Pen pal.) T: In our daily life, we have many friends. Sometimes we make friends through emails or letters. We don’t have to meet them in person. We can call them pen pals. Q2: Who is the boy on the computer? (Peter.)
Q3: Where is Peter from? T: He’s from New Zealand. Follow me. This is a map of world. Here is New Zealand. And it has two islands, one is the North Island, the other one is the South Island. And Peter lives on the South Island, and he has many hobbies. Let’s watch and find out “What are Peter’s hobbies? (Blackboard-writing) Activity 4:Learn the dialogue.

Activity 2:Who is your best friend? ( Pair work) T: Kids, you have many friends, but who is your best friend? Do you know his or her hobbies? Let’s talk about it in pairs.
