一、教材内容分析
本节课是朗文教材2B的第三单元的第二课时,学生在此之前已经掌握了百位以内的基数词以及本单元A部分的短语,本节课最主要的内容是让学生学会用What’s the time? It’s...句型来询问和回答时间,并且还要学会将已学短语用于句型It’s time to...中。
二、教学对象分析
通过1年半香港朗文英语的学习,学生已初步形成了英语学习的习惯,有了一定词汇和句子的积累,并且在听说读等各方面都有了较大的进步。在教学过程中,我通过给予学生大量的信息输入(PPT),将学习重点和难点化解于教学活动中,让学生自愿地多开口说英语,在直观教学和小组比赛中让学生学习新知识和运用语言。
三、教学目标
1、语言知识:
(1)、能熟练地掌握有关日常行为的动词短语: get up ,wash my face, brush my teeth , have breakfast , do my homework, have a shower, go to bed
(2)、正确掌握数词的读法和拼写。
(2)、学会用英语表达时间,例如:7:00 seven o’clock
2、语言技能:
(1)看时钟或时间,能正确运用询问时间的句型进行问答,例如: What’s the time ? It’s ... (2)、学会将动词短语运用于句型It’s time to ...

(3)、在情景中学会运用英语表达:What’s the time ? It’s .... It’s time to...
3、学习策略:听说领先,演练巩固。利用图片或游戏激发学生积极参与课堂教学活动,通过观察、分析、对比归纳所学知识。以My day为主题,以时间为线索,通过设置情景, 培养学生实际运用英语的能力。
4、情感态度:1、学生养成良好的作息时间习惯。
2、学生学会爱惜时间,做时间的主人。
5、文化意识:1、注意时间的表示存在东西方的差异,例如:7:30 可以表达half past seven,尤其是广东方言,人们常说几点几个字,如7:15,广东人常说7点3个字,学生容易写成seven three。
2、在教学中渗透教育学生要养成早睡早起的好习惯。
四、教学重难点:1、正确拼读数词并掌握用英语表达时间的一种方法。
2、正确并熟练运用动词短语于句型:It’s time to...中。
五、教学媒体:课件,单词卡,实物钟
。
六、教学过程
一、Review the numbers. 1) T:
Class begins! Good morning boys and girls!
Do you remember the numbers?
P:
Yes.
T: OK. Let’s count the numbers from one to twenty.
P:
one ,two,three,...twenty.
T: Good job ! Now let’s look and read the numbers . 2)
All the pupils look at the PPT and read the numbers . 二、Presentation. 1) T: Please look at the picture. What’ this ?

P: It’s a clock . T : What can a clock do ? P : It can tell us the time . T : Yes .Let’s sing a song .(Is it ten to nine?) 3)
T: Look at some clocks.What’s the time ?
P: It’s one o’clock.
P: It’s two o’clock.
P: It’s three o’clock . 三、Practise.
Pupils look at the PPT of the clocks.Each time the teacher asks two pupils to ask and answer with the drill: What’s the time ? It’s ...o’clock. ( 8:00 , 9:00 , 11:00, 12:00 ) T: How many minutes are there in an hour?
There are 60 minutes in an hour .Please look at the clock and read the minutes. For example: oh five , ten, fifteen, twenty,... fifty-five. 四、Look at some clocks and read out the time. 1)
The teacher ask and the pupils answer:
T: What’s the time ?
P: It’s nine oh five .
( 9:15, 9:20, 9:30 , 9:45, 1:30) T: It’s nine thirty. Or
It’s half past nine. T: It’s one thirty. Or
It’s half past one . 2)
Practice

Each time the teacher asks two pupils of each group to talk about the clocks. For example: P1: What’s the time ? P2: It’s ten oh five . ( 1:50, 9:25, 2:55, 10:10, 9:30 ) 五、T: Everyone does something at some time every day . Now let’s have a look . What do the children do? 1)
Look and read the phrases: wash my face , brush my teeth, have breakfast, do my homework, have a shower , go to bed 2)
Play a game ( Who has a good memory?) 六、Study and practise. 1)
Show some pictures, then talk about them. T: What’s the time ? P: It’s seven o’clock. T: It’s time to get up . ( 7:05 ---wash my face ) 2)
Practice.(Three pupils talk about the pictures each time ) P1: What’s the time ? P2: It’s seven ten .
P3: It’s time to brush my teeth . ( 7:15---have breakfast, 3:30---do my homework, 4:45---have a shower,
9:00---go to bed ) 七、Study the text.

1) Listen to the tape ,then follow it .
2) All the pupils read the text together.
3) Act out.( Ask pupils to act Tom and his mother .)
