Process and methods First of all, since the second passage is relatively easier, the students should play a major role in the reading part. Then it is an interesting topic for most of the students, the students can form groups to retell the story in their own words and talk about the game. 3.

Teaching procedures: Step1: preparation. Ask the students to revise the related words and expressions required for the second passage. Step2 Fast reading:ask the students to read the passage on page23 and try to get the main idea: a special android football game. The structure: Paragraph1: an introduction to “I”. Para.2: my first football competition. Step3: Careful reading: read and finish the two exercises on Page23. Ex.1: Read the passage carefully and fill in the file for Andy. Ex.2: Create your own android. Fill in the file, and compare with your partner. Step4: language learning:
