二、Learning contents:

重点：1、What are the kids playing?

2、We are playing catch. The girls are running.The boy are catching them. 难点：

1、动词后加ing的读音和理解。

2、表达自己或他人正在做的事情。

让学生分组对上一节课时所讲的单词和句型进行复习检测。

单词卡片、图片、CD-ROM、录音机、磁带。

Step1. Warm up （1）Greeting

Step2.

Successful presentation （1）Game1：Read and do.

（2）T:“Do you like playing games?”“What’s your favourite game?”引导学生回答：“Hide-and-seek.”“Catch.”“Five-stone.”“Clapping game.”等。教师可以把游戏的名称写在黑板上，并带读两遍。

（3）Find the rules.

（设计意图：这一环节是自然导入，使学生在不知不觉中去感悟、理解、体会新语言，为学习新语言以及新语言的操练做好准备。)

（4）Game:Let’s guess. （5）随后教师告诉学生们，操场上有学生在做游戏，让我们来看看他们究竟在做什么游戏。

listen it again and underline the words with“ing ”，教师把重点单词板书出来，并通过做手势帮助学生理解，教师还可以让学生跟读重点句型。

（3）Listen and repeat.教师放第三遍录音，在每句话后停顿，让学生跟录音朗读，可采取多种方式进行操练。注意纠正学生的发音，必要时可以用夸张的口型或放慢语速给学生做示范。请学生模仿跟读，可以采取小火车、大组齐读等练习方式，注意纠正学生的语音、语调。个别抽读，了解学生掌握单词的情况，及时纠正学生的发音。
