学生掂一掂，感受一下light和heavy。并说一说。

学生根据老师的动作指令进行反应。

TPR引出throw，纠音。

T: Here’s an interesting event. Throw the balls into the basket. 学生听令反应，初步理解词的含义。学生跟读throw。

Who wants to try? (两组各选一名学生扔球)

T: This is your basket. This is yours. Others, Clap your hands and say “Throw the ball”.

Ready? Go. 两名学生到前面扔球，其他学生拍手说Throw the ball.看哪个学生扔进的球多，就为胜。

T: Let me see. Who is the winner? Team…is better. Clap your hands for them. T: Look. I’m throwing the ball.

_____, catch the ball. You throw, I catch. 领读catch。学生识读catch 计时接传球的游戏。在规定的时间内看一看哪组在10秒在趣味运动会的大情景中设计小的活动或游戏，边玩边运用语言，进而达到巩固throw和catch的目的。

坚持朗读可以提高发音的准确性和语言的节奏感。语言是有节奏的，而节奏是英语首要的、最显著的特征。英语的节奏是句子的重音在句子中有规律出现的结果。句子重音之间的相隔时间大致相等，使语言产生节奏感，多朗读就能使之更加流畅，更加优美。

学生跟读，然后依次操练。

Check the answers: T: Can Danny catch the ball? S: No, he can’t.

T: Can Danny throw the ball? S: No, he can’t.

T: Why? S: Because the basketball is heavy.

此活动旨在通过阅读，理解语境，并在语言的使用过程中加深对easy和difficult的理解。

通过TPR和图片呈现，帮助学生理解和运用hit

坚持朗读能够提高听力水平。在英语活动中，学生获得的语言听力材料是短时记忆。如果只靠听，学生就很难准确无误地辨别出所听到文字材料，如果没有或缺乏准确无误的朗读基础，就很难辨别出同音词、近音词，更不能辨听出连续、失去爆破、升降调等朗读技巧所带来的效果，从而影响对听力材料的领会和理解；反之，学生如果把所学过的词汇、长短句子乃至整篇文章通过朗读牢牢地储存在大脑里，遇到听觉重现时，就能迅速提取出有用的信息，从而提高英
