教学设计说明

学生情况分析: 五年级学生经历了四年多的英语学习,已经初步养成了一定的、良好的学习习惯,绝大多数学生掌握并积累了一定数量的词汇与一些重要的、常见的语法与时态,初步具备了一定的英语听、说、读、写技能。无论是城镇学生还是农村学生,都愿意与同学交流与分享英语学习成果,用英语来表达所学与所思。

但是,由于学生所处的学习环境不同,家长的重视程度不一,学生之间也存在着一定的学习差距;而且,现行教材的大容量和高密度,也在无形中加大了学生之间的学习距离。

在学习本单元之前,学生已有初步的空间概念,能初步看懂地图和了解社区的方位图;同时,也学习与掌握了不少与本单元内容有紧密结合的相关内容,比如:社区设施、居家房间、房间设施与功能等;此外,一般现在时态、现在进行时态、Can句型等相关语言结构的掌握也为本单元的学习奠定了一定的学习基础。

模块教学任务分析: 5AM2的学习主题为

Me, my family and friends(我、我的家庭和朋友)。这个模块涉及到的新内容包括频度类单词和词组、关于频率的问答(如How often…? …once a week.)、与家庭生活相关的行为、表达异同点的相关词汇与表达(same, different, both, all)、对于原因的问答(Why…? Because…)以及用不同的方位词(east, west…)来表达房间的朝向与个人的喜好等。

本模块的句型与时态包括to be句型、there be句型、祈使句、to have句型以及一般现在时态等。其中,一般现在时态是学习核心与重点,包括了各类句式与各种人称,如:一般疑问句以及回答、特殊疑问句以及回答、主语是第三人称单数等。主要的特殊问句包括:How often do you…? Why do you like…? Which room do you like? 等。

本模块的学习话题虽然也是之前有所涉及的祖父母、朋友和居家,但与以往仅仅从个人角度来认识、介绍朋友、家人或居所所不同的是,本模块更注重与家人、朋友间的联系、比较和互动的角度来展开学习过程,不仅关注了他人或居所的外在的、表面的现象,更要求通过对人与物的深入分析与比对,学会找寻异同、探寻缘由、合理分析、流畅表达。

可以说,本模块不仅注意到了新旧知识的有机整合与螺旋推进,而且对学生的语言能力也提出了更高的要求,即在兼顾学生各项技能培养的同时,更应关注学生学习策略的训练、文化意识的熏陶以及学生思维习惯的培养。

单元教学任务分析:

通过本单元的学习,能学习和掌握东、南、西、北四个最基本的方位词,明白“上北下南、左西右东”的空间概念;能正确运用特殊疑问句Why …? Because …来询问他人(做某事或喜欢的)原因以及理由陈述;能用Which…do you like? 来询问对方所喜欢的事物;在进一步学习与掌握居所名称的同时,学会观察居家各个房间的朝向,并能通过简图来合理介绍自己的住所,学会初步的理性思考与信息甄别,如:This is my flat. There are … rooms in my flat. … I like the …because….;通过对Wild geese迁徙的故事学习,强化操练单元核心,积累一定的生活经验,学会热爱生活、关注生活细节。

Look and learn: 核心学习板块。主要进行词汇学习,核心词汇包括:east, south, west, north等。在本单元中,主要学习它们的副词特性。

Look and say: 核心学习板块。主要进行句型学习,重点句型包括:Why …? Because …要求学生能合理询问并作出合理的缘由陈述;能用Which…do you like? 来学会询问他人喜欢的事物。此外,学习并掌握study (名词)和词组
