Lesson 6 A Famous Football Player 教学目标：

知识与技能目标：

1、能够利用上下文、插图以及已有的相关于运动的知识和经验理解故事内容和细节信息。

2、教师激发学生使用阅读策略和阅读方法的知识，根据图片信息，上、下文推测coach 、dig 、around等词的含义。

3、促进学生思维能力的发展。例：推测故事情节的能力，对故事发展过程的理解归纳能力，小组合作能力等。

过程与方法：

1、通过老师介绍自己的运动时候图片来激发学生的学习兴趣。

2、采用Free-Talk来激活学生，提取与运动有关的知识，导入本课话题。

3、学生通过阅读图片的形式，理解故事内容，抓住关键信息。

4、通过小组讨论、朗读比赛、排序等形式进一步巩固所学知识（培养学生多方面技能）。

情感、态度与价值观：

帮助学生体会到只有努力，才能有所成就的道理，以及做人要懂得感恩的道理。

教学重点：

1、通过图片和教师讲解，促使学生理解故事大意。

2、在没有媒体手段的情况下，利用张贴等方式构建故事内容结构。

教学难点：

1、学生自身的阅读策略不足，所以在教学活动中，通过渗透策略的使用来帮助学生理解故事中的生词含义，是本课的难点之一。

2. 在没有多媒体辅助下，帮助学生理解故事内容和对主要信息进行提炼。

教学过程：

Part One: Pre-Reading

1.

Warming-up Show some pictures about what sports do I play at school. T: What is your favourite sport? What sports do you play? S: I …….

2. Lead-in .

T: Boys and girls, please look at the next picture. Is this also me ?

Ss: No.

(设计意图：通过直观教具和Free-talk形式让学生在轻松气氛中进入本课学习，用问题形式激活学生的已知，为新知识的学习做好准备。)

Part Two : While-Reading .

1. First reading : Picture reading .(教师借助自绘图片简单叙述故事。)

Show two pictures and tell me who is he? (look at the last picture) Ss: Pele. T: Do you know the man? Why do you know him? It’s about a famous football player .(呈现人物图片并书写标题)

(设计意图：通过图片、听故事，引导学生进入故事情境，激发学生的学习兴趣。)

T: What is his job? Is he a teacher? Tell sth. about the man. Picture four

Famous around the world-won the World Cup T: When did he win the game? How old is he? Picture one T: He is a football player. What does he play? A football? Why?...... Ss: I use a paper ball as a ping-pong ball. (学习词组use …. as…, 让孩子们说说自己生活中的例子) 2. Read the paper, please learn the text quickly by yourselves . can you help me order these picture.

(设计意图：通过快速默读的方法让学生进一步感知故事情境，激发学生的学习兴趣。)

Picture 3 T: He is so poor. Look. What is it? Who gave the football? Who is the man beside the boy? Why does he give the football to Pele? Look at the coach, is he happy? Why? (理解coach含义，同时让孩子们理解老师平时如何付出，让孩子懂得用什么汇报老师才是最好的。) 4.

T: What festival is it? What do you see? What do you do? Picture three T: What does Pele do？

Part Three : Past-Reading

1. Read the text again then put the sentences or phrases in the correct order .

(设计意图：通过朗读课文，再次让学生从整体上感知故事情节，设计排序练习，有利于学生对知识的巩固，加深记忆。)

Reading in groups and act out .(小组内朗读故事) Review the key words in each picture. Let the Ss retell the story by these words.

:培养学生的合作学习能力。通过小组自愿选择阅读段落和动作表演，大大增加了学生阅读的新鲜感和积极性。)

Show all the past pattern words. Guess the verb.

(设计意图：活跃一下学习气氛，复习本课及本单元呈现的动词过去式，巩固所学知识。)

4. Talk about feelings:
