教材分析

Unit 9 A football game

本单元是继上学期第三单元School Sports Day之后，又一个涉及体育比赛的内容。课堂开始从School Sports Day的真实情境进行引入，激发学生对所学内容的兴趣。本单元的故事对话主要是一般现在时或现在进行时，个别对话是过去时；而课文的语片则采用了过去式的表达法，在课堂讲解中逐步培养学生描述个人经历或描述过去发生的事情的方法。高年级的学生仍处在激趣教学阶段，根据孩子们的性格特点，利用图片以及声音、评价奖励、游戏的情节设计来调动学生的兴趣，引导学生主动去感悟单词以及句型的意思。让他们的思维在整堂课中都能动起来，从而达到积累语言运用语言的目的。

配图故事：A football game 语言结构：集中归纳学习特殊疑问句

词汇：begin, football game , carry the ball , got a goal , corner kick , won 句型：When does the big football game begin? It begins at five o’clock.

学情分析

本节课的教学对象是五年级四班的学生，部分学生学习成绩较好，能够在课堂中跟上节奏。通过四年的学习，具备了较强的英语听说能力，因此在课堂中学生能够积极参与。部分同学能够跟上听读，但是对自主输出还是有一点困难，需要逐步引导。

学生对故事学习的兴趣还是比较大，在上学期学School Sports Day

时同学们就表现出了对运动话题的喜爱。特别是在接触过本话题后，在遇到类似主题时更能表达和自愿参与。

教学目标

（一）

知识与技能目标:

1、能够听、说、认读部分常见的体育比赛的名称，并在相关的句型中熟练使用。

2、同学之间能够针对体育活动，运用wh ( when, where, what, which等)疑问词引导的疑问句进行简单交流。

3、学生能够通过本节课的学习，培养学生对体育运动的兴趣和爱好。

（二）过程与方法目标: 1. 采用启发式教学，引导培养学生的观察能力、表达能力和阅读能力

2. 通过自主和合作学习，分别培养学生的自主以及合作的学习意识。
