Module 3 Unit 1. What are they doing?

第一课时

教学目标：

1.能听懂会使用单词boat， chess ，row ，soya milk ，drink，以及由这些单词构成的短语。

2.能在图片的提示下，在语句中正确认读单词。

3.能听懂会运用What are they doing ? They are doing……

能力目标：

培养学生听、说能力，让学生体验小组合作的喜悦和收获知识的幸福感。 情感目标：

通过本节课的学习，教师创设和谐的氛围，让孩子们轻愉快地学习英语，并形成良好的英语语感。

教学过程：

Step 1：

Warm up Let’s chant . What are you doing? What are you doing? Swimming, taking and talking. What are you doing? What are you doing?

Playing, running and watching. 出示PPT,和学生一起做chant. 引出现在进行时。

Step 2：Review 1. 教师快速向学生出示几个动词，请学生说出这个它们的-ing形式。

2. 齐读黑板上的动词及其-ing形式。

Step 3:Lead-in 通过问答what is he /she doing?带领学生观看PPT图片上正在做的事情，导入课题what are they doing? 板书，带领学生齐读。

Step 4: 出示学习目标

1.能听懂会使用单词boat， chess ，row ，soya milk ，drink，以及由这些单词构成的短语。

2.能在图片的提示下，在语句中正确认读单词。

3.能听懂会运用What are they doing ? They are doing……

Step 5：presentation

1.Ask and answer .(学生看PPT上的图片，回答老师的问题) 引出单词kid--kids。初次呈现句型what are they doing? They are……引出课本第二部分what are the people doing in the park？

2.look and say.创设情景--大明和埃米的一天，通过让学生看图说话的形式教授新单词和短语，并通过单词和短语的教授练习句型What are they doing? They are doing taijiquan./rowing a dragon boat./playing a chess./drinking soya milk.

3.Practice.PPT 出示四个重点短语，让学生说出汉语意思，并根据短语操练句型What are they doing? They are doing taijiquan./rowing a dragon boat./playing a chess./drinking soya milk.为复述故事做铺垫。

4.retell the story. 给出故事的主干部分，让学生通过复述故事再次巩固重点句型。

5.Interesting games.通过游戏，让学生学会运用重点句型。

6.Writing. 给出一幅图片和一段短文，让学生通过再次运用所学知识来看图并补充短文中的句子。
