一.教学目标
1.知识目标
通过对话中,医生给高伟看病的情景,创设了询问姓名年龄的真实语境。使学生进一步巩固、深化前两课所学的关于数字的单词及相关问候句子;学会四会词
汇:six, seven和eight。通过围绕“询问姓名年龄”这个话题展开的交流学习活动,使学生学会以下句型,Good morning. What's your name? My name's Gao Wei. How old are you? I'm eight.做到学生能够理解、朗读并用真实的姓名年龄表演相关对话内容。学习并会唱歌曲How old are you?
二.能力目标
通过本课的学习,学生能够用本课所学语言询问对方信息。培养学生用所学语言进行交流的能力。
三.情感目标
通过本课学习活动的情景:学生生病看医生,询问基本信息做相关数字的游戏,使学生在获得本课语言知识、语言技能的同时,进行德育渗透,增进学生和朋友、同学及熟人间的情感,并且懂得生病看医生,保重自己的身体健康。

五.教学过程
Step1.Warm-up/Revision

Step2.Presentation
1.students look at the picture and count how many apples?
引出数字6 ,板书
2.look at ppt, and count how many dogs? 引出数字7,板书
(单击鼠标就出现一个单词一直到7)和学生一起数数 6+1=?
3.Today is my birthday,can you sing a birthday song fro me?
T:how many candles?
S: eight. 师板书 eight.
T: OK. I’m eight. How old are you?
S: OK. I’m eight. Practice in pairs,ask and answer. Who can?
4.let’s play. The teacher use PPT to show students some ph one numbers, then students try to tell these numbers in E nglish as soon as possible. Students can understand t he use of numbers in life.
5.Play some games
(1)who is missing?
白板上出现学过的单词,消失一个学生认读一个
(2)Low and high voice.师拿单词卡片和学生做游戏
(3)数字蹲。
6. Teacher shows a picture of the dialogue. Then let studen ts answer the questions
T: Look at the picture.
T:Who’s the man?
S: He’s a doctor.
T: Yes. You’re right. It’s in the hospital. But today Gao wei is sad. So his mother takes him to the hospital.Look at the picture,and think about ‘How old is Gaowei?’(大屏出示。Watch and answer.How old is Gaowei? ) Read after radio.
