教学目标：

知识目标：1.学生能听懂，会说，认读并书写单词：fan 2.学生能够运用句型：In summer, I like to_____. 能力目标：1.学生能够综合运用所学知识描述树木在不同季节的变化。

2.学生能够运用所学句型表述夏天和其他季节特征及乐趣。

情感目标：使学生交流并体会不同季节的特点与乐趣。

教学重点：句型I like to____.的正确运用。

教学难点：四季特征及乐趣的准确表述。

教具准备：课件，光盘

教学过程：

Class Opening:

Greeting and Review：

T：Hello everyone！I’m so happy to be your new English teacher. How are you? How’s the weather today? How do you feel? 【设计意图：通过师生问候，教师首先提问天气相关日常问题，引导学生复习旧知，并自然过渡到提问季节相关问题。】

Lesson Hook: T：And what season is it now? Ss: It’s spring. T: How many seasons are there in a year? Ss：There are four seasons. T:Yes! Now let’s play a guessing game about seasons! 【设计意图：通过猜测季节的游戏引导学生复习季节相关知识,并引导学生观察树木在不同季节的形态特征，为学习第一部分内容做好铺设。】

Presentation：

T： So what happens to trees in different seasons? Let’s listen and read. 【设计意图：通过提出第一部分核心问题What happens to trees in different seasons? 使学生明确听读目的，并引导学生在听读之后根据PPT不同季节树木图片及相关提示内容正确填空。同时教师通过画图及书写关键短语进行板书。】

T：Good job, boys and girls!Now can you answer the question? What happens to trees in different seasons? Please look at the blackboard and try to answer it. 【设计意图：通过板书中图画和短语提示引导学生综合归纳第一部分文本信息，使学生能够完整表述树木在不同季节变化的相关内容。进一步提升学生英语思维能力及语言输出能力。】

T：Well done,class! I like spring. Beacause I like the new leaves. Do you like spring/summer…？Why？

【设计意图：通过第一部分内容引出相关话题讨论，提高学生语用能力同时为过渡到第二部分内容做准备。】

T：How about Jenny and Li Ming? They love summer! Because they can have summer fun! Look!There’are some questions about their summer fun. Questions: 1.

What does Jenny like to do in summer? 2.

Does Jenny like the fan? Why? 3.

What does Li Ming like to do in summer? 4.

Does Li Ming like to look at the clouds? T:Let’s listen and answer. T:You did good job!Now please stand up and read Part2 togother. 【设计意图：学生通过带着问题听第二部分内容并进行回答的方式了解Jenny和Li Ming的夏日乐趣，在学生读问题内容时教师通过PPT图片提示使学生直观了解新单词fan的含义。学生听完并回答问题之后再齐读课文，进一步了解并巩固第二部分内容。】

Practice：

T：Great! Now look at the pictures. Can you say something about Jenny and Li Ming? 【设计意图：此环节的设置有助于进一步锻炼学生的思维及归纳能力，也是进一步提升学生语用能力的过程。】

T：That’s about their summer fun. In summer, I like to eat ice cream. What do you like to do in summer? 【设计意图：通过讨论summer fun相关话题使学生能够灵活运用本课重点句型In summer，I like to…】

T：Do you want to know more about summer fun? There’s a song about it! Let’s watch and listen! (After watching, T shows the pictures of sailing, surfing, playing with the sand and playing beach volleyball to the Ss.) 【设计意图：通过分享音乐进行趣味拓展，使学生了解更多关于summer fun相关内容。也令教学内容不再局限于课文文本。】

Production：

T：There’s a lot of fun in summer. How about other seasons? Now three or four students work in groups , talk about the fun in different seasons, then finish the chart of part3. OK, two minutes for you to talk and write. 【设计意图：通过小组合作使学生彼此交流并交换信息，同时由听说过渡到书写，使学生的听说读写技能都得到充分锻炼。教师适时参与到学生活动中，倾听并引导学生顺利完成信息交换。】

T：Time is up, boys and girls. Who wants to show us the fun of your favourite season？

【设计意图：展示环节的设置为学生提供表达自我的平台，了解不同季节的乐趣，同时教师可通过学生的信息输出大致了解学生本节课的学习情况。】
