一、教学目标

知识目标: 1、词汇:能听懂、会说、认读新单词forecast、clear、heavy、light、rain;能在语境中复习与运用关于天气的旧单词sunny、rainy、cold、warm、cool、hot。

2、句型:能理解、运用句型“It will be…tomorrow.”“There will be a…”进一步描述不同天气。

能力目标: 1、教会学生关于学习天气的常用词汇；指导学生仔细聆听天气预报的句子,掌握天气预报的表达方式。

2、能听懂、会说课文A部分的天气预报。

3、

将所学句型运用到课上与课下,与小组成员进行积极对话。

情感目标: 1.激发学生学习英语的兴趣,发挥学生学习英语的积极性和主动性。

二、教学重难点

1、重点:能听懂、会说、认读新单词forecast、clear、heavy、light、rain;能运用句型”It will \ won’t be …tomorrow”描述不同天气；能运用句型”There will \ won’t be a …”对不同天气做出细致描述。

2、难点:能运用名词rain、wind、snow等以及他们相对应的形容词rainy、windy、snowy等;能理解并学会运用句型”It will\won’t be …tomorrow.”与”There will \ won’t be a …”

三、教学过程

（一）Warm-up & Revision 1、Greetings. 2、Sing a song《How is the weather?》

（二）Presentation & practice 1、Free talk. T: It’s a song about weather .

Do you remember the words about the weather? Here are they. (1)Brainstorming 教师出示不同天气的图片,sunny,rainy,windy,snowy,cold,warm, cool,hot等,使用句型“What's the weather like?”让学生复习。

T:We are going to learn something new about weather. Firstly,Let’s see some words.出示单词卡sunny，

T:Sunny.We can also say clear.(出示单词卡，带读并贴在黑板上教读)。

T:What will the weather be like tomorrow?Look at me.(手在讲台上轻轻地敲)。Ss:下雨.T:Yes,rain.(出示幻灯片，带读。手再轻轻地敲），T:We can say “light rain”.(出示单词卡，带读并贴在黑板上教读)。T:And now,look at me.(手在讲台上重重地敲)T:What will the weather be like tomorrow? We can say “heavy rain”.(出示单词卡，带读并贴在黑板上教读)。Go on.(出示图片sunny and cool，sunny and warm，strong wind,light snow,并将相应天气的词卡贴在黑板上教读)。

(2)Challenge your eyes 屏幕飞闪过六个关于天气的词组，请学生来读，一人读对则带读其他同学。

2、It’s time for the weather forecast. (1)Listen and count. a、How many cities can you hear?（fill in the blanks.）

b、What are they? (2)Listen and match. 将听到的城市与相对应的天气相连。

(3)Read the text. 3、Game:To be an announcer. 点击转盘，当转盘停止时，读准指针所指的单词并用： “It’s time for weather forecast.”

“It will be……” or There will be a ……”

进行天气播报。

Watch the weather forecast ，and try to express in English we learned today.
