Attention: Not all the verbs have the passive voice.

happen, take place, break out, belong to, cost, last等不及物动词或词组无被动语态。For example：

现在完成时的被动语态表示动作发生在过去, 到现在已经完成或对现在仍有影响

Present Perfect Passive Voice:

“have/has been done”

He has been sent to study the new technology in the company.

否定句:

在have /has 后加not He has not been sent to study the new technology in the company.

一般疑问句: have /has 提前

Has he been sent to study the new technology in the company?

特殊疑问句: 疑问词+have (has)+主语+been+ V过去分词.+...?

Where has he been sent to study the new technology?

How can we change a sentence from active voice to passive voice.(present perfect tense) Exercises:

Change the following sentences from active voice to passive voice. 1.We have bought a new personal computer.
