一、教学目标

1.学习职业类的词汇:actor,actress,worker,同时能够学会询问和介绍职业,能够树立简单的职业梦想。

2.

要求学生能够听、说、书写四会单词:a,an,actor,parent(s),worker和四会句型:What does your father do?He’s an actor. 二、重难点

重点:认读并掌握四会单词和句子的运用。

难点:introduce、factory的读音

三、教学步骤

(一)Warm-up 1.Sing a song 《family》.以欢快的歌曲导入,迅速集中学生的注意力,把他们的思绪带入到英语课堂中。

2.T:We have learned how to introduce ourselves and our family members.Now who wants to introduce yourself and your family members?请学生拿着全家福照片到前面作介绍。在复习旧知导入新课的过程中,自然导入新课,使学生能在轻松愉快的氛围中学习知识并使之系统连贯。

(二)Presentation 1.T:Today,our class will have a TV talk show.(出示主题图中Wei Min的图片)Look!This is Wei Min.What do you want to know about him?引导学生根据已有的知识询问关于Wei Min 的个人信息。(根据学生回答课件出示问句:How old is he?What class is he in?)通过问题的设置,激活学生的思维,调动学生主动探索知识的兴趣,学生交流完答案后,也就掌握了篇章的内容。

2. T:Listen then answer these questions.(播放Wei Min的自我介绍。找出关键信息并回答He’s eleven.He’s in Class Three,Grade Five.) 3.模仿Wei Min 做自我介绍。

4. (出示主题图)T:This is Wei Min’s father and this is Wei Min’s mother.What does his father do? What does his mother do?板书问句并询问句子的意思。

5.T:Read the dialogue and find the answers.高年级学生在学习时适当放手,提出问题并让他们自己找到答案,能够逐步培养学生的阅读能力。

6.回答What does his father do?板书答案He’s an actor.教学actor.猜猜actor的意思。列举学生熟知的男演员认读actor.例如:Look!Who’s he?He’s Lu Han.He’s an actor.让学生看图片用This is .... He’s an actor.说句子。提醒actor前用an. 7. T:What does his mother do?Is she an actress?同样教学单词actress.通过与生活联系密切的,学生感兴趣的明星例子来让学生明确男女演员的意思,生动直观,便于记忆。

8.区分男女演员。T:An actor is a man.An actress is a woman.Now girls are actresses.Boys are actors.区分单词并做动作。

9. T:What does his mother do?Is she an actress?板书答案:No.She’s a factory worker.认读factory worker。

10.T:Ask your classmates their parents’ job.Practice in pairs. 11.Chant. What does your father do? He ’s an actor.

What does your mother do? She’s an actress.

反复操练才能巩固新知,通过有趣的听做比赛和chant,全面调动学生的感官,这样的趣味操练,更有利于学生巩固所学知识。

12.T:Wei Min’s father is an actor.His mother is an actress.What does Wei Min want to be in the future?理解句意。认读单词future. 13.T:Find the answer and mark on your books.生回答师板书答案He wants to be an actor. 14.T:When I was a child.I wanted to be a teacher.I’m a teacher now.My dream comes ture.What do you want to be in the future?板书句子明确意思。提示学生可以用I want to be ... in the future.来回答。

15.提供职业图片说说职业。为学生提供语言素材,复习旧知,让学生有说话的内容。

开火车询问What do you want to be in the future? 16.Listen and repeat.

17.Practice in pairs then do role play. (三)Language use 1. We’ll have a super talk.Use these sentences to make a dialogue. A:Hello, everyone! My name is ....I’m.... I’m a student in Class One, Grade Five.

B:What does your father do? A:He ’s a\an .... B:What does your mother do? A:She’s a\an .... B:What do you want to be in the future? A:I want to be a\an .... B:That's a good idea! 创设情境,让学生将所学的语言运用起来,让学生体验到学英语的快乐和成就感,创造了生动活泼的学习氛围,能达到有效操练的目的。

2.询问朋友家人的职业以及朋友的职业梦想。

3.分享名言:To accomplish great things, in addition to dream, must act.要想成就伟业,除了梦想,必须行动。

4.回顾本节课重点词句并认读。

(四)Homework 1.Read the text . 2.Ask your friends’family information and their dreams.
