Step 1 Warming up

1. Greet Ss.

2. Enjoy a video《Ten Little Indian Boys》, and make Ss familiar with the numbers.

Step 2 Presentation 1. numbers: T: How many numbers can you hear from the song? S:Ten. T:Can you say more numbers? Ss:…（1-10）

Then ride a train to

read the numbers. Practice to read them better, especially 2, 8 & 9.

2. How old are you? I’m nine.

(1) Look and say T: Look, who’s he? How old is he ?

He is Bob.He is ten.How old are you? (2) Practice: Do a survey in groups: Present a model with one group. Then work in groups. Check: How many Ss are 9/10 in your group? (3) Learning tip: Can you ask ladies ‘how old are you’ in the west? No. You can say ‘You look young/nice.’

3.Toy museum Look at these pictures.How can we say?(Teach how lovely!Encourage Ss to say more sentences or phrases to present) Today we will go to the toy museum(Teach toy museum,welcome to)
