一、教学目标

1. 知识目标：

⑴能听懂、会读九个动物单词；

⑵掌握本课中的四会单词：yesterday，castle，

⑶掌握句型：It has got ____.

2. 技能目标：会读九个动物单词，并会拼读。

3. 情感目标：培养学生英语学习兴趣的持续及敢于开口表达的情感态度

二、教学重点：

四会单词及句型，课文的掌握

三、教学难点：

狼wolf 河马hippo 绵羊sheep的正确发音。

四、教学准备：

录音机，PPT。

五、教学步骤: Step 1 Warm-up 1. Sing an English song. 2. Read and recite the first diary. Step 2 Presentation

1.Teach the new words in different ways: diary, yesterday，castle

Then let Ss remember the words in their own small groups. 2. T:I went to the park last day. What did you do yesterday.

I played football with my friends.. 3. Practice the sentences by different ways. 4. Finish activity 3 of Page21. Ask the children to ask and answer in pairs. 5. Text T:Do you want to know what did Mary do yesterday? 1)Read the diary and try to answer the question. 2)Listen to the tape to read the diary.

3) Lead the pupils to read the diary. 4) Practice in groups and read the diary.. Homework 1. Read the text. 2. Try to write your own diary.
