What is exercise? Riding a bike is exercise. Walking is exercise. Playing ping-pong is exercise.

Running is exercise. Exercise helps make your body healthy and strong. Help the students understand exercise better. 2. Can you say other kind of exercise? 3. Read the dialogue, learn the word: minute and hour. Then read and understand the dialogue. 4. Play the recorder. Ss read and repeat. Step 3. Drills Circle the key words you learn.
