教学后记

对于刚接触英语的三年级学生来说,对话是有难度的。但对老师来说,怎样化难为易,让学生敢于说,喜欢说,善于说呢?带着这个问题,我对上节课进行了反思。首先让学生们喜欢老师、喜欢学习英语,为他们营造轻松、愉快的语言氛围。在上课前,用英语和学生进行英语问好,唱一首英语儿歌,消除学生们在上课前紧张和焦虑感。亲其师,方能信其道,我以我活泼开朗的性格、亲切热忱的态度以及对学生的喜爱,赢得了学生们的喜欢与信赖,让他们大大的眼睛齐刷刷的向我看齐。我知道仅仅依靠外界的吸引是不能持之以恒的,为避免学生的三分钟热度,还得靠语言本身来吸引他们。所以在教授方面我是这样设计的:我利用上一节课学过的知识点和学对话,这样既复习了内容,让学生有内容可说,大大增强了学生开口的自信心。在这一环节,我没有急于进入新课,而是在激起了大部分学生的自信心后,让对子之间说。这时,我找到没动嘴巴的学生,试着鼓励他和他对话,一个微笑、一个摸摸头的动作、一个肯定的眼神,帮助他找到了自信,激发了他的上进心。这一点我觉得做的还可以,但是一节短短的40分钟课,就占用了很多时间,所以我应该把这一环节放在课前,既练习了口语,又节约了时间。

通过这次反思,让我思维打开了、思路清晰了、学会怎么教书了。我会继续并坚持我的教学反思之路,但教学是一门不完美的艺术,

如何让自己的教学接近完美,是需要我们每个教师不断思考和探索的。
