教学后记

对于刚接触英语的三年级学生来说，对话是有难度的。但对老师来说，怎样化难为易，让学生敢于说，喜欢说，善于说呢？带着这个问题，我对上节课进行了反思。首先让学生们喜欢老师、喜欢学习英语，为他们营造轻松、愉快的语言氛围。在上课前，用英语和学生进行英语问好，唱一首英语儿歌，消除学生们在上课前紧张和焦虑感。亲其师，方能信其道，我以我活泼开朗的性格、亲切热忱的态度以及对学生的喜爱，赢得了学生们的喜欢与信赖，让他们大大的眼睛齐刷刷的向我看齐。我知道仅仅依靠外界的吸引是不能持之以恒的，为避免学生的三分钟热度，还得靠语言本身来吸引他们。所以在教授方面我是这样设计的：我利用上一节课学过的知识点和学对话,这样既复习了内容，让学生有内容可说，大大增强了学生开口的自信心。在这一环节，我没有急于进入新课，而是在激起了大部分学生的自信心后，让对子之间说。这时，我找到没动嘴巴的学生，试着鼓励他和他对话，一个微笑、一个摸摸头的动作、一个肯定的眼神，帮助他找到了自信，激发了他的上进心。这一点我觉得做的还可以，但是一节短短的40分钟课，就占用了很多时间，所以我应该把这一环节放在课前，既练习了口语，又节约了时间。

通过这次反思，让我思维打开了、思路清晰了、学会怎么教书了。我会继续并坚持我的教学反思之路，但教学是一门不完美的艺术，

如何让自己的教学接近完美，是需要我们每个教师不断思考和探索的。
