1.教材分析 the analysis of this period 本节课的内容来自人教版英语必修二Unit1 Cultural relics的阅读课（In search of the amber room），这一部分主要介绍了俄罗斯稀世珍宝“琥珀屋”的有关内容，包括琥珀屋的来历和构造过程，为什么普鲁士国王把它赠给沙皇，它是如何成为珍宝又如何在二战中丢失的等内容，本节课主要学习课文的第一、二段，即琥珀屋的来历，构造和作为礼物被赠与的故事。

学情分析

The students in this period are at the second term of grade one in senior High school.

In high school, we require more about reading ability. So I will lead students

to read the passage, and help the students learn some detailed information about the Amber Room as well as remember the useful words and expressions 二、教学目标 ( teaching aims) 1 知识目标：( knowledge aims )
