Ⅲ、Teaching aids: video,ppt,pictures,word cards Ⅳ、Key points & Difficult points:1.Master the words

rainy,cloudy,snowy,windy,sunny and umbrella in sentences. 2.

Use the sentence structure ‘it’s...’

to express the weather Ⅴ、Teaching steps:

Warm up: Play the video without reading the book;to lead in the topic by asking the kids ‘what is it about?’

Presentation &Practice: Show the cards to present ‘It’s

rainy,cloudy,snowy,windy,sunny.’

And the games for each sentence are little train,little teacher,finger spelling,card touching and balloon game. 3.

Production: Demo with one kid to perform the weather; pair-work with desk mates to act the weather and guess the weather and choose several pairs to perform in front. 4.

Sum up: choose one kid to sum up what we have learned today. 5.

Homework: homework on the internet and act it out with your

parents.
