一、教学目标
⒈知识目标
Learn the words: hospital, station, stop, hill, past并能正确认读这些单词.同时熟练掌握词组going up , going down, going past并能在句子中运用. ⒉能力目标
学习主要功能语句The train is going up a hill. It’s going down the hill. It’s going past the hill. It’s stopping at the station.简单描述事物行进路线,并能根据提示看懂能画路线图. ⒊情感态度目标 通过本课的学习加强团队合作意识,增强学生学习的自信心, 从而培养学习英语的兴趣. 二、教学重点
主要功能句going up , going down , going past, stopping at the station的操练与运用. 三、教学难点
准确描述事物的行进路线。 四、教学用具
多媒体课件、单词卡片、CD-ROM 五、教学过程
Step 1. Warm-up and Lead-in 3’
⒈1.Greeting. 2.Chant: I’m listening to the radio. Ss: Chant and do the actions. 3.
Free talk:look at the photos and talk about them. Who are they and what are they doing? (设计意图:通过chant激发学生学习兴趣,创设愉快的英语学习氛围,通过free talk 内容,让学生回顾已经学过的知识点为课文学习做铺垫。)
Step 2. Task presentation 3’
1. To understand the whole story and then learn the words : train and station. 教师引导学生通过图片提示,说出故事的梗概: After skiing,Tom and Jerry are very hungry.Xiaolin is calling Maomao,Tom and Jerry.They want to have a picnic.They will go to Disneyland. T: Today let’s follow them to have a picnic in Disneyland and try to talk about it. T:Where is Disneyland? Where is Xiaolin? Is Maomao at the station? Ss:Disneyland is in Shanghai.Xiaolin is at Shanghai station.Maomao isn’t in Shanghai. T:So Maomao want to go to Shanghai.She will go to Shanghai by train. (设计意图:为学生陈述清楚故事的主线以及人物,在这个过程中,通过问答,学习一下本课的重要单词。 )
Step 3. Text learning 10’
1.
Listen and answer Q:Where is the first station of Maomao? Ss:The train is going up a hill. 2.
Listen and find. 教师让学生听音并且找到含有ing的单词。并在书上划横线。
Ss: Try to answer.到smart白板上来演示,并说出词组所在的句子。
Ss:在教师的带领下,齐读带有going up,going down 的顺口溜,熟悉重点词组。之后教师带领学生进行PK比赛。
3.Listen and repeat. (设计意图:让学生认真听录音找出关键信息,培养学生认真听的能力,对课文重点句型进行讲解,听音复读再次熟悉课文,为输出语言做好准备。) Step 4. Practice

1.remember and say. T: Look at the picture and try to remember the order of the pictures,then try to say it. Ss: Look,remember and say. 2.Choose and say T: 让学生在九个表格中,随意选择一个,然后,抽到哪一个,就描述哪一个,之后进行重复跟读。
3.T: Tom and Jerry are going to Disneyland too.Let’s talk about their trip now. Ss:Come front and talk about the trip. (设计意图:在多种层次的练习下让学生熟练运用课文中的重点句型,并培养学生的看图说话的能力,抓住关键信息去描述为任务完成环节做铺垫。)
Step 5. Task completion T: Now the four people are in Disneyland.Let’s see what happened there. Ss:学生到smart白板上,边演示游玩路线,边进行讲解。
(设计意图:通过让学生运用本节课知识进行小组调查,培养学生说的能力,通过反馈提问,训练学生认真听的能力,同时在小组活动中树立与他人合作的意识。) Step 6. Summary and homework 1.Summary. Award the best group. Summarize the words on the blackboard. 2.Homework. A. Listen to the text and imitate, try to recite it. B. share your information to other groups.
