The Clever Monkey

一、学情分析: 本课教学对象为三年级学生。三年级的学生，由于年龄小，活泼好动，好奇心强，有着极强的求知欲和表现欲。同时由于三年级学生学习英语的时间不长。有的学生可能说的不好，有的还不敢说，老师针对学生现状，在课堂上尽量以鼓励表扬为主，鼓励他们大胆说、积极做、努力唱！让学生们在玩玩、做做、说说，注重培养学习英语的兴趣，营造英语氛围，鼓励学生开口说英语、特别是给差生创造机会，让他们尝试成功的喜悦。

三年级下册第二单元是在第一单元学习农场里的动物的基础上，继续讲述动物园里的动物的外形特点、住所以及它们所吃的食物。通过本单元的学习，学生可以了解有关动物的相关知识，培养起热爱动物，热爱大自然的情感。

二、教学目标: 1.知识技能: 1）

学生能在图片和老师的帮助下读懂故事。

2）

学生能正确朗读故事。

3）

学生能在图片和老师的帮助下，表演故事。

4）

学生能根据上下文猜词义。

5）

学生能运用一些阅读策略，如寻读、略读，猜词。

2. 学习策略: 1）. 学生能够通过看故事题目及插图预测故事、推测故事大意等活动法发展简单的阅读技巧。

2）. 学生对所学内容，能主动练习并实践，积极运用所学的英语进行表达和交流，进行角色扮演讲故事。

3. 情感态度目标：

有兴趣读故事、讲故事、通过小组合作完成任何，培养学生主动与人交流及合作的意识。

Ask the students what they know about monkey.

Do you like monkeys? Why? (You can say it in Chinese?) What does the monkey eat? What colour is the monkey? Is the monkey clever?

Step2: Pre-reading

Show the pictures of the story and talk about the pictures. 

Please look at this picture. (P1) What do you see in this picture? A monkey, wolf What does the wolf say? What happens to the wolf？



Please look at this picture. (P2) What are the wolf and the sheep saying?

Does the sheep want to help the wolf? 

Please look at this picture. (P3) Does the sheep help the wolf? 

Please look at this picture. (P4) What does the wolf want to do? He wants to ________.



Please look at this picture. (P5) Who can help them? 

Please look at this picture. (P6) What does the monkey say? 

Please look at this picture. (P7-8) Will the sheep help the wolf this time? What does the wolf say? [设计意图]：教师带领学生迅速浏览书中图片，让学生猜测故事的发展，通过提问帮助学生了解故事内容大意，由最后的问题自然过渡到视听故事回答问题的环节，继续为下面的故事教学做铺垫。

Group show. [设计意图]：学生观看生动形象的故事的视频，帮助学生整体感知故事，锻炼学生听力，用一个简单的问题检查视听后的理解情况。在整体感知故事后，进行分段教学，降低学生理解难度。设定语境，分角色朗读课文，锻炼学生的口语表达能力，让学生在真实的情景中理解故事内容。
